Although our expertise is in pest control, we focus on you, the customer. We understand that pest problems vary in nature, which is why we emphasize communicating with you to resolve your pest issues. Since pests often react to weather patterns, we have tailored our service with built-in flexibility to properly treat given the current weather conditions of the area. As a result, our techniques may slightly vary from service to service, which will provide a more effective overall annual treatment for your home. Once existing pests are eradicated, we specialize in creating and maintaining a protective barrier around your home to prevent future access. If you have any concerns between visits, we are only a phone call away from sending out one of our local service technicians at no cost to you. Again, our focus is YOU. All that we ask is you communicate with us whenever you have a concern. This sort of communication is vital for us to provide you with the level of service needed to take care of your pest needs. We make ourselves available on Saturdays upon request. We will always notify you via email and an automated phone call of any upcoming services to facilitate scheduling. Exterior and interior services are performed. We have an appointment notification program where customers are notified of upcoming appointments in advance. General pests are covered including but not limited to spiders, ants, wasps, ticks, mice, crickets, centipedes, and millipedes.

Services we don't offer

We do not do any wildlife removal. For example, we do not handle raccoons, birds, deer, ground hogs, etc.

Description of Work: Exterminating service every other month for one year. $84 per service visit. Dust the porch areas for spiders, wasps, etc., spray the grass areas, and spread granuals around exterior of house. Spoke with serviceman about specific areas and he was very respondent to my request.

Description of Work: I had wasps coming into an upstairs bedroom and they had been hanging around my roof all summer. The Frontline technician listened to my concerns; then he sprayed the outside of the roof (wherever I directed), sprayed each room inside the house, and when I directed him to holes from which I thought the bees were entering, he sprayed a powder insecticide in the holes. He was very thorough, professional, and thoughtful. I will use the service again in the spring, as a preventative!

Description of Work: The gentleman that came was extremely professional and very nice. He did a good job. However, the perimeter of the house was sprayed and mopped for cobwebs, etc. I could have done what they did by going to Home Depot and buying the spray pre-mixed.
