It is one of the few places I leave when I feel like can’t I pay more for this. I feel like you get your money’s worth. I feel like they do what needs to be done. It is not like you go in and they do things that probably are really not necessary. Once you take it in, you get it back the same day almost always, but it takes a while to get an appointment. It takes usually a couple of weeks to get an appointment. In one instance I was having trouble getting my key in and out of the ignition. I went down there and told them what was wrong. They sprayed some stuff in it. The key worked and I drove away. I usually drop my car off a night before and then they call me and I come pick it up at the end of the day or the next morning. They fix it and they make it right if it is not quite right.

Fine and timely for routine tune-ups, oil changes. Repaired a leak in cooling system. Leak reappeared during my long commute to work causing engine to overheat and I had to take car to another shop on emergency basis to get it fixed properly. I use shop on occasion because it is the only one within walking distance of my house.

I like them. They do a good job. They won't suggest things that you don't need just to get money out of you. They try to help you buy and explain to you what you need to done your vehicle without trying to sell you another things.

They are in good standing with all of my neighbors. Everyone says they are a great dealership. They always do a good job. I have never heard a bad thing about them.
