I live in Las Vegas, NV and my Mother lives in Baltimore City. Last month my Mother called me to inform me that she had water build up on her porch roof. I reached out to home advisor and found Weather Seal Home Services. I m really grateful that there are still GREAT People running GREAT Companies! Michelle and Dean made this entire experience pleasant and hassle free. From the beginning when I reached out to the final inspection of the work, they are what we call Professional! I just have two words for Weather Seal Home Service... THANK YOU!!!

I like Dean alot, he is personable and professional. He gave a decent price, showed up on time. He promised an additional warranty if I got the roof coated, which I did. At the time of applying the coating we discovered a problem with the original install which me promised to return and install a small gutter to repair the problem. He has not return and has not responded to my text. In trying to work with Dean's staff to fix this problem and Michele was extremely rude to me and called me demanding.

My email simply stated that we don't appreciate your demands on what our schedule has lined up. Our company relies on the weather to keep our schedule. Dean stated he would try to help you and put a small gutter up (not in our contract) when he was in the area. Unfortunately, our schedule has not put us back in your area. Thank you."

Dean repaired our leaking roof around the brick fireplace. It stopped leaking for awhile then started up again. The brick is hand moulded and has the ability to absorb water and run through the cracks. He came back quickly for the second repair and charged us nothing!! They are great people to work with. The service is excellent, the repairs they stand behind, and the prices are reasonable. If you want a great job done call this company!! I'm getting ready to do that right NOW.

Michelle and Dean did an excellent job responding to my repair needs for a flat roof. The actual work involved installing a gutter system and repairs to a patio overhang roof. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and very pleased with the final outcome after some additional modifications to the down spout termination. I would recommend a repair sketch be provided to the client as appropriate.
