Description of Work: The Angie's list ad for $89 is more like a teaser. Our 2000sqft single zone home ended up costing $250 more, but they were very professional and I probably could have declined some of the services such as sanitizing the duct and reduced the cost, but decided to go with all what they recommended.

Description of Work: They cleaned my entire duct system and dryer vent. They recommended some additional items beyond the deal I bought but they made sense and the costs were reasonable. They also found one open area where there was no vent and they closed it up. Excellent job - very happy customer.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning special. Had more ducts than covered by special, so had all all air ducts and returns inspected and cleaned, as well as dryer filter + sanitize/allergen purification treatment. The technicians were very professional, courteous and worked hard. Explained all aspects of service and possible options without pushing any services I wasn't interested in. Would use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned eight vents, one return and two mains. They also sanitized the air duct system for $56. The total cost was $224. | |The two gentlemen were very nice and very professional. The were very punctual and did not make a mess. They vacuumed the vents and used brushes to pull the dust toward the vents and then used a vacuum.

Description of Work: Richmonds service men were prompt and professional. They surveyed the duct system and explained in detai the plan for vent cleaning. They took time to ensure a quality outcome. Before and after photos were shared. The cost included all vents, air returns, dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

Description of Work: Guys arrived on time and did a great job. Access to our dryer vent that was on the second floor roof was a bit tricky but that didn't stop them from cleaning it. They were very professional and thorough and we will use them again. I asked them if we should have them clean out the vent annually but the crew chief indicated that, based on what they saw, every other year should do the trick.

Description of Work: They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 and by 9:15 I called to hear they were still on their way. When they arrived they said it would cost an extra $250 to clean my entire system and that cleaning only what the deal included was useless, since dirt and dust from uncleaned sections would blow back through the clean sections, making the whole thing worthless. Since I didn't have the extra money, I canceled the appointment.

They arrived ahead of time due to a cancellation and were extremely professional and helpful! | |I had a huge bird's nest blocking my dryer vent and they cleared that up without any extra charges. They also took before and after pictures. They did a thorough job and I am very happy with the service. Description of Work: The job was going to cost an extra $240 or so because I have four "mains". The coupon covers one main, since every house has at least 2 mains(return and supply) the coupon is a sham. Since Angies list and the contractor know the job will cost $89 plus the extra $79 for the second main. Shame on you folks, you sell yourself as an advocate for the consumer but let this happen.

Description of Work: The issue is not as much as our having used the vendor but that a coupon was purchased and only upon contacting the vendor his first available appointment was 2-weeks out. If we weren't concerned about a fire hazard due to an unusual smell coming from the dryer possibly related to the vent having need to be cleaned, then the rating may be different. Timing is an important criteria.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my ducts including the dryer vent. After that they sprayed to kill mold, etc. It was worth the expense.

Description of Work: The advertised deal ($129.00) was to clean only a limited number of vents, although this was not discussed until the service crew arrived. The adjusted price was $685.00. During the process one of the two man crew constantly complained about the heat and difficulty of the project. Discovered after the fact that fastening screws for two of the ceiling vents had not been put back in but left on window ledges.
