Description of Work: Michael R. & his assistant came early to job site per telephone call, which was ok'd by homeowners. For insurance reasons, a detailed scope of work/pricing was necessary. They provided only a verbal analysis with estimated pricing. & did not try to up sell project. We are waiting to hear from insurance company prior to moving forward..

Description of Work: We hired them to clean out our vents. They were great. They scheduled the visit quickly and showed up on time. They also very kindly took a look before explaining that the kind of vents we have do not need to be cleaned for at least another 12 years because they are not attached to a furnace, only to an air circulation system. It was a very nice experience.

Description of Work: Two workers cleaned two main ducts, one return duct, the dryer vent, and 11 vent ducts. The cost over the quoted price was for the second main and a few of the vents, plus a preventive mold treatment that were not included in the "deal." There was an issue with the assigned technician not arriving for the appointment, but following a call to the owner he dealt with his employee internally and had another crew on site within a few hours. The work took a little longer than estimated, mostly due to conditions in the house which shouldn't reflect on the generally efficient and professional service provided. The cleaning was years overdue, and the environment of our household has improved dramatically. We are pleased.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the ducts. No visual inspection to verify the quality of the cleaning The two young men were inefficient. Frequently one would stand around while the other did something, instead of doing something else, like putting screws back in vent plates. Both were frequently on their cell phones, many times. I had to ride herd on them to get things done. The job took extra time because of their laziness.
