Craig is an absolute pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and thorough each time I requested his services for yellow jackets. Craig also checked the entire property to make sure there were no threats anywhere else and took time to answer questions that I ask. Lastly, Craig has a great sense of humor but I told him his day job is much more valuable...ba da boom :)

Overall experience with Craig was great. He throughly explained the process while doing the treatment. He inspected the entire house to examine possible entries of bugs. His charges are very reasonable. Highly recommend him for pest control services.

Craig was amazing - he did an incredibly thorough top to bottom, inside and out inspection of my house to figure out all the possible access points. He then covered them up and really spent the better part of a day here working on the project. He explained everything that he had done, and left me with clear instructions about what to keep an eye out for her to make sure my mouse problem did not come back. He was awesome and I would totally recommend him!

Craig was very professional and came out the same day. He got rid of the nest right by my back door in my honeysuckle arbor without damaging the plant, which was a big concern for me. He was very informative and I really appreciated the same day service. I would highly recommend him.

Craig contacted me very quickly and was able to do the job the same day as the evaluation. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. I thought all the holes in my yard was an ant problem but he explained that they were wasps and treated them. I would recommend him to anyone looking eliminate pests.

Craig was extremely thorough and informative regarding our mouse problem This is a big two family house and he covered every inch from basement foundation to the attic. It was very comforting that he was so professional going about his work here. My neighbor is a real estate developer and even he was so impressed that he asked for Craigs card. After my initial search on HomeAdvisor, Craig called within minutes. I wasn't able to answer the phone but when I called back, he answered immediately and go our appointment set up at the exact date and time I requested. The 3-story house Craig had to deal with was very old and had multiple issues with access for mice and other rodents and was not in very sanitary condition. Craig handled it like a PRO. We are still waiting to see the final results of the service, but have no doubt he did a professional, long-lasting job.
