I've used Bayles before and find Matthew and his partner extremely hardworking and very thorough. Matthew calls ahead of time to let you know when he'll be there and once there, doesn't waste a minute. Very professional.

Just as I had hoped. From our initial conversation, I was aware of all the costs that would be included. They contacted me by phone about a half hour before arrival, just as they said they would. Everything was loaded quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and professional.

Matt called shortly before arriving to let me know he was on the way and was very prompt. He was polite and courteous and they removed all of the junk quickly. There was no damage to any of the doorways or floor and I would definitely use them again.

I can't praise the Bayles team highly enough. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They did not try to gouge us on the couple of things that were not "standard"--the extra fees were explained and were perfectly reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any junk removal job.

Matt and his team are the best. Matt was in communication with me as far as what time we where able to do a clear out of my condo after I sold it. There were a lot of extra paint cans and a few rugs, along with just a pile of old junk that I needed to get removed. They were very quick and professional. This is the second time that I have used Matt's service, and no doubt there will be more. I would recommend this to anyone in need of trash removal. First rate!

I contacted the company through Angie's List and received a call back within an hour or so from sending the message to get more details about the job. I spoke with matt a few times on the phone and he was very helpful and professional each time. We set up an appoiment for this past weekend and he anda co-worker showed up right on time. We showed him to the damages and he and a partner had everything cleared in less than 2 hours. The moved all the debris from my yard into their truck and hauled away everything that was damage. I could not have asked for a better transaction. I would strongly suggest others use this company for this type of service.

Matt did a great job cleaning out my basement. He was very responsive. Always answered the phone, set a time to meet and showed up on time. He packs his truck in an organized manner that maximizes the amount of junk that will fit. Overall, just a great experience and I will definitely use his services again. Price was great too!

Matt contacted us promptly to discuss the job and let us know when he could schedule the work. He showed up on the designated day. I had more material than he expected and he called to discuss how best to handle the additional debris. He was very courteous and punctual. I was very satisfied with the job he did and would recommend him to others.

Purchased a Big Deal for $119. Brought the unwanted items out to the driveway. They came and quickly took it away in a truck. The turnover time from when I called to when I requested service was short. After setting up the date for the service, they call 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional. Overall, I would recommend them. Just need to know in advance what items you are dumping as they do not leave a bag and then pick it up when full. Rather they come and collect items in their truck and haul them away.

I bought a coupon on Angies List and was getting down to the wire on expiration .... I was anticipating a possibe hassle because of this but that was not the case at all. Matt was professional, nice and great at staying in touch as his timeline got thrown because of inaccurate information that a customer had given him. It all worked out and will hire him again.

They showed up on time on the date specified. They removed all the junk in a timely professional manner. They did charge an additional $250 over the "big deal" amount, but due to te amount of trash removed it seemed reasonable. I would hire again.

Matt and his assistant were very prompt and professional. He called to tell me when they would arrive and they were on time. They were very careful not to track dirt into my living room carpet. They moved a cabinet so they could access the sound system. I had a whiskey barrel that was rotted and they took it apart and shoveled out all the dust. They cleaned up after themselves, told me they try to recycle everything they can, and were pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time I have used Bayles and I would use them again. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. It was a very hot day and they were still pleasant and helpful.

They were great. In fact, I hired them outside of the deal to come out and do more work. They came when they were supposed to come.

Matt and William were in and out in about 15 minutes, leaving my garage in a condition where I just might be able to park my car!!! I had stuff I should have disposed of when I moved a few years ago, but it got nice and grungy in the garage and they removed it quickly and enthusiastically. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to cart away junk from a basement cleanout that we had accumulated in our back yard. The scheduling tool provided by Angie's list didn't work out, and so we had a little back and forth on the scheduling via email. I thought we had agreed upon the date, but the provided had mis-recorded it on their end, so they didn't show up (not a huge deal, given that we didn't need to be home for the pickup); this was quickly rectified and they came out on the rescheduled date. The stuff is gone, though they didn't sweep up very well. Overall, though, a good value.

The guys were professional and MOST accommodating and good-natured. When neighbors saw some of the furniture going to the truck, and decided they wanted it, Matt and the guys moved it into the neighbors' apartments. Awfully nice people.
