Description of Work
We have two long-haired cats who need to be groomed twice a year. It isn't easy to find groomers who are experienced with cats and who allow you to stay with them. When the groomer that we liked at the facility where we used to go left, we decided to try to find a mobile groomer since the cats hate going in the car. |We found Romeo and Juliet on Angie's list and saw that they received high marks. We called and Marco was very responsive and upbeat. He is a busy guy so we could not schedule the two cats for a month, but that was fine with us. He arrived in his van right on time and was able to groom both cats in a little over an hour. I stayed in the van with Marco and the cats to help hold them. He tried giving one cat a bath, but the cat basically freaked out so we just towel dried that one and didn't even try with the other cat. | Marco gave both cats excellent haircuts. We will definitely use his services again.

Description of Work
Marco came to our house for our puppy's first grooming, and did a wonderful job. Our dog is very young and therefore skittish and afraid of both people and trucks, but Marco was excellent with him, and our dog was decidedly unstressed at the end of the session. He was also fluffy, well-trimmed, and clean--I wish we could do this every week! Marco provides a professional, caring service, and we look forward to having him groom our dog regularly.

We cannot say enough about Marco -- he is the true dog/cat whisperer. One of our long haired cats always had to be muzzled for grooming but Marco has no trouble with him. A pleasure to work with and the animals are always clean and happy. Groomers have charged us $60 and our cats or dog have had to sit in a cage in the shop for several hours. The mobile spa is the answer, but Romeo and Juliet is the best mobile grooming business we have ever worked with.
