Seems to be fine and legitimate. No complains.

They use cedar oil for the indoor treatments so it is non-toxic for my daughter and my cat. They tell you approximately when they will be there.

Chris came first to scout out the usual areas mice could enter. Then he checked out any areas I suspected where they could be. He put bait in all the necessary areas. As I mentioned before, he helped me know more about mice and their habitats. I really appreciate servicemen educating the consumer. Chris did an excellent job representing his company!

It appears that he covered all the areas where we could get mice in the house. Won't know for sure for awhile.

We just bought this house and noticed there were some mice droppings on a windowsill of the basement crawlspace. Although we had not seen any mice at all, the house abuts a wide expansive farm field and some woods, so to be proactive I hired NW Pest Control to check things out and help us to prevent any future unwanted visitors. The technician was very thorough checking not just the basement and crawl space area where the very old droppings were found, but also behind the stove and under the kitchen sink and even scoping out our backyard. Chris, our technician, seemed to know a lot about animals and their habitat preferences. He set a lot of bait traps and give us some good advice. I feel much better know heading into the winter - knowing that we have a bait system in place and a better understanding and awareness of what critters might be in our "neighborhood". We called NW Pest control in the summer for a bees problem we had near our front door. Their price was competitive with a guaranteed warranty if needed. The person who did the job was very informative, explaining the problem, what he will be doing, and what chemicals he'll be using. As it seemed we had a big nest, he said he might need to come back within several weeks to reapply chemicals (at no cost). Fortunately that was not necessary as the problem was solved. As we were very happy with their service, we signed a quarterly service, where they come every three months to inspect, and apply anti-pest control. A few months after our bee problem, we had an ant attack in the house. As part of their service agreement, they arrived on day and time scheduled and applied repellent in the house at no extra cost. As we have kids, they used only organic non-toxic repellents. So far, we have been very happy with their service and will continue using them in the future.

We found out after we booked the termite inspection that we had a rat problem at a second property. We asked the technician to evaluate both sites, which he gladly did. Saved us from having to book a second service call.

Great experience. Bought the Angies List Deal for $129 for an Interior Mice Inspection and abatement. Employee called 20 minutes before he arrived. When he arrived, we walked through the house looking for mice activity. After the walk through, he came back in and placed mouse bait traps in the areas where he believed mice had been. Very professional and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend NW Pest Control.

We had an Angie's List voucher for pest control service. We have not seen any mice yet this year but as we had a problem in previous winters decided to do some preventive maintenance. Last year one of NW Pest Control's reps came out and did a very efficient job of trapping a squirrel that had managed to get into the house and also did mice control, which seemed to have worked, so we had been very pleased with their service. This year the rep who came out seemed more interested in selling us a maintenance contract than in taking care of the possible problem. When we declined the service contract he seemed displeased and made remarks that seemed to be threatening dire consequences in terms of a mouse invasion. He found a disintegrating sponge under the kitchen sink, which he claimed was proof of current mouse activity, although he admitted he had no way of knowing whether it had been there for a while. The previous person cleaned up under the stove and sink but this man did not--I'm not sure if it's not his job but we based our expectations on the previous excellent service we had received. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the service since the bait traps were put in only today. Since Angie's List would not let me submit this review without saying whether I would use this provider again I have checked yes but the answer should really be maybe or uncertain. It's pretty irritating not to have that option.

The experience was great. The person who came out was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. He set up 8 traps for us and our problem has been resolved entirely. I would highly recommend them.

They're always here when they say they'll be here. When they did their first inspection, they were nice & courteous. They're great people & scheduling is easy. I've just had great experiences with them so far. Regarding the Big Deal, I called them right after the purchase. I have them on a quarterly plan for bugs but didn't think mice were covered. They told me there was no need for the Big Deal purchase because my plan does in fact cover rodents! I appreciated their honesty & requested a refund from Angie's List.

NE Pest Control has been to our home 3 times. Scheduling appointments is easy and convenient. The provider has consistantly arrived within the provided timeframe. Each representative has been pleasant and professional. The intial visit was to evaluate the situation and determine a treatment plan. The representative recommended placing bait traps on the interior and exterior of our home. He explained, "the goal is to stop the mice before they come into your home." A representative returened 1 month later to check the traps; both interior and exterior traps needed to be rebaited. During the third treatment only the exterior traps needed to be rebaied. The treament plan is proving to be effective! We purchased an annual plan to maintain ongoing treatment.

My back deck had been damaged in the past by termites, so before rebuilding it I wanted to get a termite inspection to make sure there weren't still any signs of activity. I called NW Pest Control based on their good reviews on Angie's List. The inspector was thorough, inspecting all areas of the house. He did not find any signs of active termites. Several days later, we started work on repairing the deck. As soon as I started removing the wood, I found several termites! Upon removing the post, there was several dozen found inside the wood. I called NW back to express my concerns. The inspector was sympathetic, but in the end they declined my request for a refund. They did offer to take some money off a future service, but I didn't have a good first impression with them so I decided to go with another company for the treatment. Overall I was not satisfied due to the fact that the active termites were not found during the inspection.

In a word: Great. Examined my home thoroughly, identified the sources of the problem (how the mice were getting in), and implemented solutions--advised on preventative measures and are working to eliminate problem. Prior to NW I had called a very well known national pest control franchise and they were completely ineffective. NW has a high level of expertise yet is extremely prompt, pleasant, and easy to work with.

Very well...he conrimed we had a mouse, not a mouse problem.

The company responded to my call right away and sent a rep out the next day. He provided me with options for treatment and offered a discount without me requesting it. Very prompt and efficient service.

This is a great firm. I signed an annual contract. They come once a month or so check around the foundation and spray if needed. They have loads of high tech equipment to look below ground. We live next to the lake so keeping the water and pests out is a constant battle. Having these guys on our side is perfect.

It's been over a week now and I haven't seen a yellow jacket in 5 days. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the service.

A week ago yellowjackets started streaming into my home office; I couldn't find from where they were coming. But they kept coming. I saw a few what looked like wasp nests outside under the eaves near my office. But the yellow jackets did not appear to be coming from there. I called my "regular" exterminator (they have provided regular twice a year preventive service for carpenter ants for years.) They came the next day (8/29) and provided my semi annual preventive spray for the carpenter ants and said it should take care of it. It didn't. The yellowjackets kept coming inside - 25-50 a day, which I would catch and dispose of. Tired of cleaning up wasps from my office, I called my regular service again yesterday 9/4 to say the yellow jackets did not seem to be diminishing. The service said they couldn't send a reliable person out for three days (They are actually located quite far away - more than 40 miles). So, not wanting to face more yellow jackets than necessary, I called NW Pest Control (located about 5 miles away.) They said someone could come to provide an estimate and description of the service, and do the service if I wished, the next day. They would call a half hour before arrival. The serviceman called a half hour before arrival, then arrived promptly the next day 9/5. The serviceman listened to my description of the problem, gave me an estimate ($150), with a three month guarantee, for the process of removing the wasps. I agreed to the fee and service. He went up on the roof and found a hole where the wasps were getting in and pointed out that the nests were no longer active - he removed the nests nevertheless. He said he would spray/powder in the walls and that the wasps would disappear within a short period of time. He dressed appropriately to prevent wasp stings (covered from head to toe) and went back up on the roof to spray in the hole, between the walls. The wasps have stopped already. The serviceman was efficient, very polite and professional. As it turns out NW Pest charges less for regular carpenter ant treatment than the people I have been using for years so I have switched over to NW Pest for that as well. As I used Angie's list to find NW Pest Control the serviceman gave me an introductory discount and so the total cost for this wasp removal treatment was $115, instead of the regular $150.. (Some of the other companies I had called said the cost would be $199).

Overall, it was great. Great price, service, and the worker was extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend this place for pest control

NW Pest Control came out very promptly, the afternoon I had called. They responded to my query very quickly which was great. Which if you have rats you want to get rid of them pretty quickly. The guy was very friendly, very informative, and let me know about the services they had available. He made it very easy to say yes or no to any additional services they were offering.

I'd called NW Pest control when I noticed two yellow jacket nests on the building, and another paper nest in the bushes.They were very pleasant and professional to deal with on the phone and very prompt in giving me an appointment (next day) and very punctual in keeping the appointment.The service person arrived at my property and explained clearly what the work will entail and how much it would cost.He went above and beyond what was required in getting the job done -- one of the nests was located inside a weather head that carried the electrical service. He went up the ladder and instead of simply treating the nest and calling it a day, he actually dismantled the weather head when I requested, and entirely removed the nest altogether.He also explained to me how dangerous the paper nest was - it as a 'white faced hornet' that I wasn't aware of.He also went over all the service options the company provided without any pressure at all - the service options were great though I didn't immediately have a need, but the no-pressure style was a change in this day and age.I wouldn't hesitate to contact NW Pest control if I ever have to deal with pests again (though I hope I don't have to).After treating and removing these nests, the yard if free of these wasps and bees that were constantly buzzing around before.

I like that they are prompt; when I initially called them they came out right away. I like their price and they have been very effective. If I have a problem between visits, I just call and they come back out.
