The service worked out fine. It was a unique service that not many providers offer. I had to call them many times before they sent me the report. However, they did a nice job.

The service did not work well for me. I did not pay more than the amount of the big deal, but I will pay $8000 because of what he found. He was good, he explained what was wrong, and he showed me. He was good, and he was nice. He didn't really get to do much, because he found the mold problem right away.

Chris called 15 minutes prior to arriving at our home. He was pleasant at initial greeting. Explained what he would be doing, got the job done in a timely manner and was very courteous! He also stayed a few extra minutes to answer a couple questions my husband had. We appreciate the service with Titan Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them with any future service work at our home!

Technician was a little late but I was called about 2:15 (service window was 1-3 p.m.) and told that the technician was running a little late. Technician did find an issue with the AC refrigerant but was unable to identify the problem because it was a cool day. He stated we needed to schedule another appointment on a warmer day and there would be a diagnostic fee in addition to what I had already spent for the initial check. Due to scheduling issues on my part I will not be able to schedule a follow up appointment in the near future Technician indicated unit would operate fine with the possible issues indicated but it wouldn't be as efficient. I answered no on using this provider again but the real answer is maybe which wasn't an option. When my schedule clears I will decide what follow up action to take.

Titan has always done good work for us. They are knowledgeable and efficient, and clearly lay out all the options when it comes to fixing or replacing our plumbing. This is the fourth time they have come to do work for us and it has always gone smoothly. They are courteous and friendly, and always call if they are stuck in traffic or running late from another job. Their prices actually seem pretty reasonable and they always tell us what it would cost if we went and bought things ourselves. Since we don't have any expertise in installing things, it makes sense to pay them to do the work, and then we also have peace of mind that things are installed correctly and we can call them if there is a problem.

Very prompt; very professional; always called to update me on his arrival. Jason was very courteous and helpful. Cleaned up the worksite. Top notch!

Arrived on time; took great care to not track dirt inside the house; talked to me about what he saw was willing to discuss future options and provide advise.

He did an excellent job. The camera helped us to determine what was wrong and needing to be address.

It was fine. They did what they said they would.

They did that, but the guy messed up and they had to send someone else out. He was a younger guy, but he was on his phone kind of not paying attention. They ended up saying I needed a whole new furnace. They really put the pressure on me and made me feel like if I didn't do the work right now it would be very serious. Their estimate was way too high for a new furnace and when they left they left wires just hanging out. They were going to charge me something like $400 just to change my thermostat to a digital one. I only had them do the checkup and cleaning. We knew we needed a new system at some point in the future, but the next technician (from another company) who came out said my furnace had a couple of years left on it. Titan really made me feel like my furnace was going blow up that day if I didn't do the work. I ended up replacing my furnace, getting a new air conditioning unit, a new water heater, and a whole house humidifier with another company for the price that Titan wanted just for the furnace alone. I would never hire them again.

This company has very professional people. The quality of work is exceptional.

I had planned on getting several estimates for some plumbing work to be done, and had received several personal recommendations for Titan Plumbing as well as Angie's list. The lady on the phone was amazingly friendly and responsive. A+ there. The plumber came to my house was friendly as well and even came early. So far so good. We went over everything, and I indicated that I wanted several things done, and wanted to get estimates for each thing so I could decide which we were going to have done and which to skip. As is normal, he said he would get back to us to give us the estimate, he actually said he wanted an appointment to give us the estimate, which seemed strange to me, but if that's how they do it. I figured I could have this guy hook up a stove while he was here - since my assumption was that everyone would charge similar prices for that part. When he arrived, he wanted to sit down and go over everything. I felt like a used car salesman had come into my house rather than a plumber. He had written up 5 estimates ranging from almost $7000 down to $3200 (all of them basically included the same amount of work we wanted at that price, but with various service plans) - but he didn't answer the basic "what exactly does this estimate include" for any specific estimate except for hooking up the stove - which he was going to charge $350 for. He asked why I was writing his estimate numbers down on my computer, I explained we were getting multiple estimates. This distressed him greatly, his demeanor changed - and he expressed surprise that we were doing this, and began to ask who and when we had other estimates were coming (I was vague and did not answer - as I think that information should be kept private). But it was pretty clear he really wanted to run out the door at this point. I really got the impression that he was a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Incidentally. I had the parts to connect the stove (it would have been placing a ball valve on then screwing in the stove line) - he wanted $350 to do this. (The only reason I did not do this myself was Massachusetts law prevents me from doing so). That's not even an hours work. The estimate sales pitch had taken so long, we had to get to work, and I was glad to not pay him for that. I'm happy to pay more for people who do good work and stand behind their work. My impression? Not somebody I want to encourage to continue those practices.

They called me to try to set up an appointment. They never got back to me.

HOWEVER, the salesman/field rep convinced me that I needed to re-pipe my entire basement (a $12,500 quote) because the pipes were not up to code (true, they were 25+ yrs old, thinner than standard required now). Two other Angie listed plumbers said the work was unnecessary! I would avoid Titan until it cleans up its hard-sell act!

It was alright, but not all about it. The work itself was fine. It looked like they did what they said they were going to do. I just didn't like the follow-up. I am kind of questioning their price and I am questioning whether I really needed it done. I would not use them again for a big job.

On Saturday night our kitchen sink stopped draining cleanly. Sunday morning we called and left a message with the answering service; Jason called back about 15 minutes later and said he'd be by in about an hour and half. Jason showed up on time, snaked the sink. After the first attempt and running water it was obvious the blockage was still there. Jason's persistence paid off, as his second attempt located the piece of plastic which was causing the blockage. While working on the sink Jason noticed the pipework under the sink was shaky (both literally and figuratively). Based on some issues we had previously had with the pipes in other areas of the house in the past, this seemed like a legitimate concern. After cleaning up on Sunday, Jason provided a range of possible estimates ranging from a basic pipe rework to additional options including the new disposal. Since the disposal was fairly old, we decided to upgrade that at the same time. This meant the work couldn't be done on Sunday, however. We called on Monday to set up a time for the other work and agreed on Friday morning. Jason came back, did the work, cleaned up, and left. So far so good! Jason was very nice and had a good sense of humor about the work and being called out on a Sunday morning; we'd certainly use him again in the future.

I utilized their $69 furnace checkup deal. Due to snow storms the checkup was re-arranged several time at my request. The technician arrived at my place in the early morning. The job took less than 40 minutes to complete probably because the furnace was new; overall I think he did a fine job.

Fantastic. Chris came out and not only cleaned the fireplace, but repaired a few broken components and gave me great advice. Very friendly.

It turned out good. They came out the same day. They charged me extra for unclogging the drain. We thought that we had a collapsed pipe where roots got it. It was very helpful. They communicated well. They responded the next day. The person that showed up was here for several hours and he did a good job. They were a little higher and the guy was very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Everything was perfect. On time, set up, took ½ hour, saw the sewer line and the plumber noted minor issues. Effortless.

Chris called and offered to come by early, which worked out for me! Work was done in approximately 30 minutes. He brought any necessary equipment with him.

He was prompt and courteous. Inspection was useful to see the condition of the pipe.

He was early, very respectful. Explained things.

Received a call from Anthony that morning to tell me he was on his way. Arrived on time for appt. Placed protective coverings over his shoes so as not to dirty my house. Cleaned gas log fireplace and answered any questions that I had. Job went well and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with.

Chris called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time. He was very nice and did an excellent job.
