Estimate was prompt, on target. Service was provided on time, as promised. But the morning after the work was done, the Check Engine light came on. We called and brought the car back. They replaced the brand-new timing belt/tensioner/idler pull, blaming the manufacturer for a "bad part." Replacement was done for free, but we lost another day, having to drive back and forth to Sudbury Automotive, dropping off and picking up the car, two days in a row.
