Dr Sickles office staff is the part of the visit I generally don't enjoy. The people at the front desk tend to be brusque and sometimes rather nasty. There is a big sign up at the window where you go in that you cannot see through and it is always closed. I always have such a bad feeling when seeing that and the sign that goes with it that says not to knock and basically you can stand there and cool your heels because we have better things to do than bother with you.
