Dennis Brunelle was great to work with from the start. Everything was as promised. My entire family became quite sick right after the dumpster was delivered (which put us several days behind on our clean out). Dennis was very accommodating with our need to extend our rental for a few more days. The additional cost for extra days was reasonable and disclosed with the upfront contract. I highly recommend working with Dennis and have already recommended him to a friend.

Extremely customer friendly. I went on line thru An app after regular working hours. The response was immediate. They dropped off early next morning Rick their driver was friendly and attentive placing the container in a very tight spot for us. They also responded quickly for our call to pick up. Great overall service and I would highly recommend.

Gave good advice, dropped off and picked up as promised, took some metal and, if I don't get any surprise bills, charged a reasonable rate for their service. If they just got venmo or Apple pay and could docusign their paperwork, there would be nothing to improve.

Dennis, stayed in contact with me rent a 8 yard dumpster when he came to the house I thought it would be bigger, Dennis looked at my project recommendation said I would better with a 15 yard dumpster went back to place and delivered the 15 yard worked out great, next day I had it it full by 3:00 in the afternoon called him on Saturday picked it up in an hour, great customer service, Thank you Dennis ken from Sturbridge

Hard to rate a company that provides a dumpster for your use, but in this case it's very easy! Thet had the dumpster delivered on the day and at the exact time that we had agreed to. The person delivering the dumpster was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The dumpster was as presentable as a dumpster can be in your parking lot. The pickup, like the drop off was seamless. The price was more than reasonable. For all of these reasons, I enthusiastically recommend Brunelle & Sons!

They dropped off the dumpster as soon as I asked for it and picked it up the day I called to have it removed. They were great to deal with the entire time I needed them. Couldn't ask for anything else.
