"Kitchen sink drain clogged. Two days of snaking drain line with no results. Contractor says it's likely something down the line possibly in septic tank. All other fixtures drain fine. Contractor left without fixing problem and broke the PVC trap cleanout nut and replaced with nut that didn't solve the problem he created. Rich the contractor also disturbed the basket strainer under the sink creating yet another leak that he didn't repair. Rich charged $250 and called it a day. If it weren't for the time and aggravation, I'd bring him to court. Thanks Rich"

After reaching out via text and phone, he asked a few questions and then stopped responding altogether. We are now stuck with a water heater that only allows for one shower. He then told me his game plan for the following day to remedy our leaking, plugged drain. He showed up the following morning and by noon time he was finished. Left the bathroom in better shape than it was in. He even replaced the plunger in the sink because he noticed a small leak there too. Removed the wainscoting and removed the wall behind it and was able to reuse the wainscoting and trim mold back as if nothing was disturbed. I would highly recommend using him in the future and would refer him to my friends as well. Thank you Kevin and your crew!"

"Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."
