Renato Marques has been working in the Construction business since he was 13 years old hack in Brazil helping his father Claudovir Marques who was a well-known Master Constructor. taught all his 5 sons the art of building and renovating making them well recognized professional builders. Renato Marques decided to move to the USA back in the 90's to try new horizons and show the world what he learned from his belated father Claudovir Marques. After years of working on different projects and properties, Renato Marques decided that it was time to team up with his two sons, Renato and Lucas Marques to build Marques Contracting and continue the family's legacy. "Luis was a total professional. He and his team, were spot on. hey were professional in all aspects. They did very high quality work, and for, a very fair price. Lois, also has external members of his team, for example, we wanted some granite counter tops re-surfaced. He brought in some real pros to perform the work, he managed them, and negotiated a very fair price for me, in advance. No surprises with Luis. He is what he says he is, and the work is exceptional. Any cleanup, is performed, and areas surrounding the job, are covered, and protected. He is the best I have used and I am not a young man. He does plumbing as well. we has new sinks, cabinets, showers, and toilets installed. He pulled in the people needed, and basically does most of the work himself. In addition, we had new lights installed, and again, Luis was able to get the job done, for a very reasonable price. What he does not do, he brings other professionals in, and manages both the work for you, he also manages this to the original cost. He is a professional is all aspects. I had seen the good, the bad, and the outright ugly, in this business. He is excellent. Again, what he does not personally do, he brings in other pros, and basically, takes the headache off the customer. I will use him again, and again."

We will come out and meet with you to discuss your ideas. Once we do this a detailed estimate will be emailed to you. A full contract will be prepared with a payment plan once you decide to go with DCR Building & Remodeling.

Dave was always available to answer our questions and the project was done on time and budget. The installation of the handicapped accessible bathroom was especially challenging. There were 5 doorways including the bathroom entering to the same hall and everyone of them had a different height floor. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job of leveling all the floors so the Wedi waterproof flooring in the bathroom worked properly. It is obvious from their work that they are highly skilled and very detailed oriented. I would hire DCR again without hesitation."
