They’re OK because it looks like they did the right thing. They were also very nice.

They did an outstanding job. They came out a year later to do check on the roof and make sure I was happy and it was holding up.

We decided not to use the service.

Didn't use this company because they failed to show or call the day they were scheduled to give us an estimate to replace our roof shingles. Had an appt on 4/10/13 at 6:00pm, 6:40pm with a no show and a non-call to indicate why they were late I called the company. They were not aware as to why the person didn't show and had to call him. I then started to get excusses about what happened, but seemed to be a lack of communication on the office with the salesman and also a lack of respect for the potention customer to call them and let them know. The salesman and office indicated he didn't receive an email telling him of the appointment until late in the day....the day of the apointment. This company is used by BJ's warehouse home construction for the northeast area. Upon receiving info that we would like a qoute on our roof from one of their companies they use, this company called over two seperate days a total of 5 times with out leaving a message. Upon seeing there number on caller ID, I had to call them to arrange an appointment with them. Then the day before the appointment, they called 3 times without leaving a message and called later in the evening to confirm the appointment. Don't know what their pricing is or how good or bad their work is, but with the way they treat potential customers I can only imagine.

Did not use them too much money

They're probably the finest craftsman-type people that I know of. They are honest, upfront, and just an incredible group of installers. You get what you pay for.

They were very responsive and they did a quick job. They also did a very good clean up. They were expensive, but they did a good job. It was a very nice crew. The salesman had an i-pad here to show us their work they had done elsewhere. They followed up every now and then to keep in touch. I might use them again and try to bargain the price down.

It went very well. The foreman was fantastic and the drew worked without stopping. They removed the old windows, prepped the openings, installed the new windows and caulked each window. They put down drop cloths so dust wouldn't spread, they kept their work areas clean and orderly, and they left zero mess behind them, taking the old windows to dispose of for me. They were excellent, good humored, and thoughtful in their word. They will return in a short while to remove, and to replace, the large bay window in the family room and the mullioned picture window in the living room. I was very pleased with their initial visits to measure and to show me options, and their follow-up has been fantastic.

They do take money off if you are looking for a lower price. They are willing to price negotiate with you.

Everyone at every step of the project came on time and on schedule as relatively planned except mother nature made us wait a few days. All correspondences where handled quickly and professionally. This includes the sub-contractors for the chimney. I would certainly hire them again.

Job was done well, on time and they cleaned up each day when done. Extremely satisfied with the product and the installation. Plan to use this company again in the future for other jobs.

Dave the sales guy came out for an estimate I was a little reluctant, I had 4 other companies come out to give me a quote on the the window and the estimates were all over the border and the quality of the windows from the other companies just weren't making me feel secure about prices. Dave the salesman came in and even though I was only looking to replace one window, he said let's walk around the house just so I can show you the difference between the windows I'm selling and your others, he was able to intelligently show me the way the other windows were installed and things that needed to be changed long term. He wasn't pushy and was able to say these windows don't need to be replaced but here is the difference in quality of what I'm selling you vs what you have in now. He brought a sample window with him with a heat lamp so I could see the difference. He was able to show me the things that would needed to be done to the window as they were removing it. The other companies did not even include in their estimates the border of the window once it was removed, insulation to the window or the replacement warranties. Dave was able to sell me a window with a life time warranttee that could even be turned over to one additional owner should I sell my house. Dave was able to show me the difference in the price of different windows with samples he could sell me the why I would want each of them and why I would not. Everything was put in writing and explained to me with no high pressure of buy this today feeling he told me to take some time and think about it and when I was ready call him. Once I signed the contract, they sent the instillation team to come over to do a final measurement on the window to make sure the measurements were correct. When they came they showed up with flowers for me, and a card which was a nice added tough. The three men that showed up to do the instillation were very professional to do the instillation they explained to me everything that they were going to do before it was done and during the process kept me posted. I took photographs of the before and after, everyone driving by the house says what a facelift the house had by just changing this one window out. I would tell you I was reluctant at first because I had never heard of this brand of window and did lots of research on it before signing the contract. When I did the research it ended up being a top rated brand of windows with high reviews from several people. The price was very reasonable compared to other large bow windows I was looking at. I would highly recommend Dave & Dave.

Got a very high estimate with vague promises of a lower cost should we sign on within a week. Still by far the highest estimate we received.

They did an adequate job overall, but they had to return a couple of times to correct issues with the attic insulation. Furthermore, they didn't install a hatchway into the attic as promised. I also learned that with their "financing", the vapor barrier they installed was extremely expensive. I definitely wouldn't go with their financing in the future.

They did a fantastic job. The company answered all of our questions, responded quickly, and cleaned up once it had finished. There were a few minor issues, but Yankee did a wonderful job of addressing them.

I the past they cleaned my gutters and put on gutter guards. They were very pleasant to deal with and were professional. The same fellow who worked on the gutters worked on the roof flashing and he was very pleasant, helpful and explained everything. They were prompt, on time and efficient. They cleaned up and were fine to work with.

I received 4 quotes are under $1,550 from other vendors. I showed the Yankee rep one quote and told him about the two others (one came after this meeting). Yankee's quote was $3,500 more than the highest priced one. Aside from the HUGE price difference, I have issues with their poor customer service. Twice canceling before the appointment and the final time not showing for a scheduled appointment. I called their office a half hour after the scheduled appt and the woman was surprised he wasn't here. I didn't use them and am very satisfied with the vendor I chose.
