Our experience with Potter Gutter Cleaning went really well. They were super friendly and accommodating on the phone, and very punctual in arriving at the estimated time during the day of service. Ron was very nice and did an incredibly thorough job on cleaning all our gutters. We would, and will, use Ron and his business again.

Workman was very personable, worked quickly and put some extra effort into one clogged downspout.  However, subsequently it became obvious that one of the gutters was still clogged and overflowed in heavy rain.

Dealing with Ron Potter was an wonderful experience.  I phoned in the morning for a gutter cleaning and was able to have the work done by afternoon.  Arrival time was prompt, the work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally and I was very satisfied with the cost.  I would recommend this company to anyone and have full intentions of using them in the future.

He showed up on time with his grown son. They went up on  the roof and tapped on the down spouts as they blew air through them  to clear them. He and his son were polite and professional. The price is high compared to what I've paid in the past but that's all they do and it's worth the extra money.  They cleaned up everything. There wasn't a leaf left anywhere  i'd use them again in the future

In late August of 2013, I tore a rotator cuff. I contacted Ron Potter Gutter Cleaning in early September.  I was told that they were very busy, but that they would be in our area in about two weeks.
I usually clean the gutters and downspouts myself. However, this past summer I tore a rotator cuff, had the surgery in the fall and would not be able to climb a ladder.  
As the days started getting colder and colder, I kept calling to get them there before the gutters and downspouts became frozen solid. They kept reassuring me that they would get there in plenty of time before a freeze.
They showed up in mid-January, it was about 10 degrees out, and the gutters and downspouts were frozen solid.
They proceeded to use hammers and chisels on my copper gutters!  They removed the copper downspout runoffs on the ground, apparently to gain access to the downspouts to clean them out from the ground up. They shoved a metal rod up the downspout, stating that if their 1/4" rod could pass through any blockage in the downspout, then it was considered clear and clean (what?).
They did not put back the elbows and downspout runoffs after "clearing" the downspouts. I was sent an invoice, stating that they had finished the job, when in fact, they had not even worked on the 40' gutter on the front of the house, nor had they cleaned the downspouts and hadn't reinstalled the elbows and runoffs.
I called and spoke with Ron Potter's wife & office manager and told her that not even half of the job had been completed.  She said that she would have to confirm that with the crew and get back to me.  Several days later she called back to tell me that her men couldn't finish the job because it was too cold and that they would come back on a warmer day.
There was a message on my answering machine in March stating that the crew had returned that day and finished the job. It was also a day that never got above 15 degrees, and the downspout runoffs were not reinstalled. 
Totally unprofessional and dishonest.

They performed well. It went well. They took precaution and they worked pretty quickly. It didn’t take them very long. The price was alright. It was good quality. They did a good job.

They came while I was not there and cleaned the gutters. They were clean and came when they said they were going to come.

It was fine. Everything went well and smoothly.

Extremely  long delay (several months) before acting on order.  Efficient and professional on site.  Damaged one gutter in course of repair.

Called the company (we had used them before). Got a price and scheduled the work. they showed up on time and completed the work leaving everything clean and tidy.
