The reason I have Matt 4.5 stars and not 5 was the problem did not need repairing .He took the time to check out the leak and other plumbing issues while he was there(about 1 1/2 hrs.)And disclosed to me the issue was nothing severe and did not need replacing or repairing He could have taken me for a ride and he did not.Very honest I will call him back for any other issues and let you know how his work is.He seems very thorough and consciousness.

Matthew was great. He came out the day after I called him, on time, and called before he arrived. There was an issue with my Viessmann oil burner and I was able to talk through options with him - he wasn't quick to jump to any conclusion but carefully analyzed the problem and came up with a solution. It means a lot having someone that actually provides knowledgeable, professional advice and even followed up later to make sure everything was running well. I would highly recommend Gearhead Plumbing, Heating & A/C.
