They’re great. If I see anything during the year, they just come and it doesn’t cost me anything. They come every year and they make sure that my foundation and the inside of my house is done, and that’s for anything in between. The overall experience is excellent. They are excellent in everything.

The person who was working for them was very good, but I am a little hesitant about the company itself. I don’t know if I would ever use them again because there was no communication. I almost used them for a month and a half. Something had gotten into my basement and they never found anything, which was wonderful. However, they didn’t call and tell me when anybody was ever coming to the house. There were probably 5 visits that I didn’t know about. I did mention that to them at the office. The technician they had was wonderful. He was polite and he knew what he was doing. I signed the initial contract for $319 because I got a deal since it was from Angie’s List. They said that each additional visit would be like $49 and that was like verbalized. The person would come out and I wouldn’t know that they were coming out. He was supposed to come out on the 31st to take away the equipment and he came yesterday saying that they told him to come yesterday. I wouldn’t have known had I not been home. I had total confidence in the technician that he did everything correctly and knew what he was doing. They did come out and do stuff the first time. Everything started absolutely, but after that there was no communication. I didn’t know when the guy was supposed to show up. He said that the office would give him a schedule that they plug into the computer and he just does it. My friend told me that the price wasn’t bad and it wasn’t bad for me as well, but I do wish I had been informed. I still would have accepted the services. The technician was professional, but the administration didn’t show it. I don’t know if I would use them again in the future or not. I trust the technician, but not the company. I now know how I have to approach them before I agree to anything.

It is a family run business. I found them on Angie's List and they came out and did what I needed done. They came out and treated the holes in the yard as well as in my basement. They plugged holes there and set traps. They came out three weeks in a row to monitor and replace traps and reapply. I was very satisfied. I will use them again in the future.

Arrived on time to give me an estimate. I hired them to do two applications/year outside my home. A few days later someone came to perform the first application.

All went well with the inspector and the service man. No time has been set for the service man to come back to inspect the traps.

Bob Leon was my inspector. He was very professional. He was running a bit late due to traffic, but made sure to give me a courtesy call which I greatly appreciated. I too was running late so I can confirm it was due to traffic. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and knew his stuff. He knows the history of the extermination business and so he was able to quickly identify signs of previous treatments. Since this was for an estate sale (the owner had passed) we had no way of knowing for sure what the pest status was. Bob's expertise has given us a little more history about this potential house, and I highly recommend using this company to anyone. I was also told that I could apply the cost of the inspection toward a credit if we wanted to use his services in the near future. Great business practices!

Fantastic service! The first two pest companies I called didn't have time to help me, and then I found General Environmental on Angie's list, and they were great. They had someone out within an hour or two of my initial emergency call, and he spent a lot of time investigating the source of the problem and treating inside the bathroom, and around the outside of the house and in the basement. I highly recommend this company!

We got an estimate and then treatment for carpenter ants in a house we have only owned less than one year. We knew there was a history of carpenter ants and we had seen some. GES was prompt, professional and very experienced. We got a one year service guanrantee and GES has been very responsive in coming out to re-treat when we have seen additional activity.

The company is very professional. The person that came out did a great job and made sure that I was satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend them.

They did their treatments and so far, it seems to be working. They whole experience seemed perfectly fine.

I wasn't actually here when they did the work, but my mother has had them at the house before and she says it's always a positive experience and they do their job well.

Very professional, first a rep came promptly after my phone call by to check the house out. Then an exterminator visited twice. I am supposed to get one more checkup in October.

The service techincian was a bit late (probably due to morning traffic) but was quick and efficient once he started. I'm happy with the service he performed.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I wanted the ants gone, but I wanted something that was safe for the environment and our health. The fact that the tech wore no protective clothing while applying the liquid was encouraging (if it were toxic, he would have worn something). He applied the liquid around the house to prevent the ants from getting in our out, and sure enough, they were gone very soon and have not come back.

They were very satisfactory. They have removed two bats for us. They came on a Sunday, which was really important to me. They came in less than 12 hours. They came, got the bat, and took it away, which was exactly what we wanted.

We were very pleased with them. We were very unhappy with the exterminator service we had dealt with previously. So we joined Angie?s List and found General Environmental Services on the list. They came on time when they promised. They indicated that if we printed the coupon from Angie?s List, we would get a 5% discount. They sent us a bill. We did not have to pay upon service which was fine. We could have done it either way but that was nice. We were happy. We had no problems. We don?t have anything to compare the price with. It is not a service we use a lot but we thought the price was fair.

They were very efficient, came the day after I called to give us an estimate. The gentlemen who came immediately spotted the ants' nest (we had been looking for months but never found it!). They scheduled the treatment within few days from the first visit. All were nice and professional! Their work is guaranteed up to a year and they will come for a follow up included in the price. They even alerted me of the 10% off coupon given through angie's list which I had missed. Overall, very nice service.

General Environmental Services was very prompt in showing up. They did a very good job and they were very thorough.

We had squirrels in the walls of our duplex. We called General Environmental Services and they came out the next day to inspect. They accommodated my work schedule by coming early in the morning. Conrad was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He spent about an hour inspecting the situation, asking questions and looking for the possible entry points. We agreed with his conclusion that the problem was red squirrels. We wanted a humane treatment, which he said could probably work. The next day another employee came out and installed one-way doors at two of the entry points, sealed the other entry points, including a hole found in the roof line, and applied repellent. Within a few days, we no longer heard squirrels in the walls. They called to check after a week and we asked them to wait another week to be sure. They came back the next week to remove the one-way doors and seal up the two entry points.

They were responsive to our needs and I would recommend them to others.

This price is for a condo that I own. I also have one for another home. I did not grade the price, because I have not used anyone else. They are great! They are the nicest people! Nothing is a big deal for them. They will come out as many times as needed. They call to schedule appointments and show up when they say they will. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

We have been using them for about eight years. We have gone through a few of their technicians. Sometimes we will catch a mouse or a rodent once every six months. I think it is amazing that they are all to keep us that pest free. They are always very professional and punctual. They are very knowledgeable and I would recommend them.
