Our tech was a credit to his company his name was Chris . He came in tested a few things and figured out that there where two issues. Ac is working great And Chris is the guy you should request.

They ran a $99.00 service special he diagnosed the problem to replace the fan, he was on time ordered the parts needed and repaired the central air the next day. $895.00. The only suggestion is they should give the customer a written receipt when work is completed. With the itemized items fixxed,parts, services rendered.

I shopped around to replace an ageing R22 a/c unit to a new cooling R410 system. Platinum Home Services beat all the competition, showed up in the shortest lead time and installed the unit in a few hours. Shawn was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the problem. The rep checked out our Central AC system on the outside and we also asked him to check out our inside system upstairs in the attic because it wasn't getting cold enough. He spent time and fixed the leaks that we had in our attic pipes, without creating higher costs. His statement included what he had found and what was fixed and future recommendations. It was great to have an honest hard working and knowledge person work on our AC system.
