No Approved fire plan from the local fire dept was ever given to me after I asked for a copy of it. The City Permit I asked for a copy of was never presented. (both items are in the contract) The ceiling where they ran the wires from was poorly patched. I mean like a ten yr old patched it. not even smoothed out or sanded.

I was amazed at the attention-to-detail they had put into the installations because i am one who is meticulous in "wire management" and they did great work. I feel like they went above and beyond. They were super professional and their courtesy deserves recognition!
