Eric and his assistant were great! We have an old house and was concerned they were not going to be able to place the key pad in the location we wanted. Needless to say, his assistant went into the crawl space to make the wiring possible. They were very professional and explained everything very thoroughly.

Eric and his crew were FANTASTIC! They installed 2 surveillance cameras at my home and their work was superb. They arrived early, went right to work and were extremely professional. We made a last-minute change in color of the camera, so Eric had to return a couple of days later to complete the installation. We also changed our minds on location of one of the cameras and he instantly made these changes without any hesitation at all. Great guy! Setting up the recorder in my home office was a challenge, but Eric worked diligently and steadfastly to make sure all computers, laptops, and Ipads were working perfectly before leaving us. THE BEST!

I needed to have my alarm system checked and re-configured after moving in. Eric came and was perfectly on time. He was nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I paid $125 for the service call, and that even included the cost of a small sensor that needed to be replaced. Overall a good experience.

Startec called me back immediately. Had the ability to go directly to the house. Completed work within the hour and were hugely helpful with needed advice. I will be rescheduling them in a day or two for another project in the house. Very stisfied customer.

We have only had the alarm for a few days but so far we are very happy. What has impressed me most is follow-up from Eric. From when we first contacted him until after the installation, he has emailed to check in, checked to see if we have questions, etc. We took a long time to decide if we were going through with the alarm installation but Eric wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. On the day of installation everything went smoothly. The installers were professional and very neat. I would highly recommend Startec!

Had Eric from Startec hang one of our TV's and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and profesionalism. We were suppose to have it done on a Saturday but Eric had to stay longer at the stop before us... instead of pushing our appt. to later on that week he came by on a Sunday! Great Customer Service and I will use them again.
