This guy has been fantastic. He makes copies of films, and makes them into CD's. He does photography work. He has done design work for me, and designed posters. He designed inspirational posters on the computer for me. I have been doing business with him for 5 years now. We had old films from the 1950's, and he took the tapes and made DVD's from it. It came out perfect. His prices are also tremendous. It is a family owned business, and he is incredibly talented/gifted. He is a Christian man as well

Part was ordered, later he was told part is no longer available. Not his fault, we were pleased with the way it was handled and picked up player.

  • Handyman Fran
Fran is a highly intelligent, responsive and responsible man. He returns calls promptly, shows up on time, is thoughtful and creative in his problem-solving, very reasonably priced. If you live in an urban area where he might have trouble parking his truck, he may not accept a job. Other than that caveat, I can't think of a better person to help with a myriad of tasks

  • Tony Max TV
Tony fixed the television set within an hour--he also cleaned out the interior cabinet which had built up an incredible amount of dust over the years. The vcr wast tested by Tony and he said he could find nothing wrong with the rewind feature. He said he tested it with several different types of vhs tapes and it worked every time. So, I picked up the vcr from Tony's shop. The $260 I paid included a $ 40 charge to test the vcr--and I'm fine with that because he has to be paid for his time. And if any repairs were required, Tony told me the $40 would be applied against the total. I would not hesitate using Tony again or recommending him to others

We found Tony's name on Angie's List. Tony came to the house and fixed the VCR. He explained beforehand that if he couldn't fix it there he'd take it to his shop. We liked the fact that he came to the house because it saved us a trip. We would definitely call him again.

I had worked with Tony Max before in 2009 when he came to my house to fix a broken 13" TV/VCR combo which eventually broke after a year or so. VCR quit altogether. Yeah, I am old school. I had another one that needed fixing. He charged me $50 to take it away to his shop. Then after several weeks he told my husband it would cost $130 to fix. We told him that's more than we paid for it and said forget about it. He then offered it for far less to repair. We said go ahead but then he said he could not get the parts. I do not know if that was true or not. Se again we said forget about it, you can keep the TV. I got a DVR through Xfinity/Comcast and I am very happy with it
