He got me in quickly and easily when I was locked out. He asked the right questions to make a sound judgement call as to the best way to proceed in getting me back inside my home after the lock-out. He took the appropriate security measures to ensure that he was letting in the legitimate and legal occupant of the dwelling. While he was there, I also had him take care of another need. A good experience overall, and the quality of the work was great!

I am a landlord and my new tenant was there. I wish the repairman had not gone on to say in front of the tenant, "Next time this breaks, you will have to replace the doors and tracks AND to have all the other doors in th unit in order to have them all match.. Totally unnecessary comment. He did not need to set that standard of expectation in my tenant's mind. He go in, do the job, and leave.

Good value for money

The lock he fixed is from the 1940s or 50s. Yet did a great job. He said it was the first he'd seen, said you wohldn't find parts.

Lior came right away and fixed the hydraulic closure on our front door. Very professional and kind.
