I have been working with Ivaldo at Escala Construction since 2016. We are a small condo association in a converted Victorian, which needed a good amount of TLC. Ivaldo has been incredibly accommodating and flexible, helping our building address city coding updates and replacing our siding on our financial schedule. He is thorough and knowledgeable not just about building and project solutions, but also in regards to ever-changing codes, permits, and insurance, which was very important to us as we are in a high-profile location. Our association has every intention of continuing to work with Ivaldo as we look to make further improvements to our home.
