I called M&M Cleaning about getting a particular odor out of one of my rugs. Setting up an appointment was wicked easy - they asked about available times a week out and we coordinated schedules that way - and they were really good about answering any questions I had up front as this is the first time I've used a cleaning service. I have already recommended them to a few friends as well. They were friendly and very professional!

He was prompt and courteous and spent extra time on some stains on a carpet. I was pleased with the results. I would like to have had an estimate on how long the job was going to take.

Aside from arriving almost 10 hours later than the scheduled appointment, the service was excellent. The late arrival was due to their truck being in the shop which was out of their control. They did knock some off the price to make up for it, as well as doing a couple of area rugs that were not part of the original quote. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

M&M Cleaning did a nice job cleaning a second hand sofa bed couch. The couch was at a home with a dog and two young kids. It needed a thorough cleaning to remove some stains and pet smells. The two young guys were courteous and efficient… in and out in 45 minutes. Great customer service, as I received a text a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend them. Can't give them a 5 stars because they were a bit late (understand that other jobs run long) but would have appreciated a call to let me know of their ETA. I had to call to see where they were. 4.5 stars!

I seldom write reviews but the guys did a great job. We had carpets and hardwood floors cleaned. With four people and two dogs, the floors get pretty dirty. With a sick dog for a week it was even worse. They took all the time needed to pre-treat, clean, post-treat and spent extra time on stained areas. An excellent job!!

I would recommend M&M Cleaning Services for a variety of reasons. First, the carpets look absolutely great. Second, they Customer Service was wonderful. Not only were they on-time but they were EARLY!

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early Final project turned out great!

Rugs were really dirty. They worked so hard to make them look new again. I was going to pull them up and get new carpeting - now I don't have to.
