They were very prompt. They probably have the lowest price around ( I did not check with every pest control service). Though they were prompt and appeared very professional as well as having excellent customer service, I cannot accurately rate their work quality as I do not believe I ever really had a rodent problem (that is not their fault, of course).

The professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the personnel at Blue Star Pest Control are so on point. The office personnel was so helpful and went out of there way to call me back several times even on a Saturday. I can't even find enough words to describe Ryan my technician whom was the best in customer service and his expertise in our situation. He went above and beyond and kept to his words.
