Sandy who took my call was very courteous and helpful. Brandon the electrician did a great job. Very professional and nice. Will definitely recommend and use them again when the need arises!

Almost everything they did had to be redone by someone else. Then they waited several months before sending a bill! The outlets and fixtures were not in the right spots. The plugs behind the TV made the TV hang crooked and the electrician said it was straight and it was my imagination. They were prompt in coming but that really doesn't count if work has to be redone. I am just guessing at the date. It was so long before the bill was sent I forgot. But It was before the end of July.

Nearly burned home down, called Brandon, and he called electric company and saw the whole problem all the way through on a Saturday.

I called and asked for a service call 2 days out. The call center representative was courteous and professional. She couldn't promise I'd be seen on that day, but she put in the work order anyway and if they could fit me in, they would. I also asked for a courtesy call before they came over, and they were happy to do this. They were able to accommodate my service date and called ahead of time. This proved to be quite a time saver, because the contractor verified he had the right parts in the right colors before coming to do the job. He fixed the item quickly, and also inspected the lighting fixture to ensure his work would last. He cleaned his area, was prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I called them late this morning. They said they'd try to get someone out this evening but at least by tomorrow morning. At 2:45 PM, and quot;Brandonand quot; called to say he could come right then. He showed up minutes later. Very nice guy, friendly, personable and professional. Went to the fixture, swapped it out and was gone in 12-15 minutes. Pretty simple repair, but they showed up the same day I called, did the work well and I will DEFINITELY use them again! I was very impressed. (The repair person said I would be billed by mail and I don't expect this to be expensive... just a service call and a replacement switch. I'm expecting probably $100 to $120 because ALL trades-mens' service calls seem to be $60-100 these days. If it's more than I expect, I'll add something later.

I haven't been using them that long, but I just thrilled. They came recommended to me by my heating and A/C guy.
