Mike was very personable and answered all of our questions and offered pertinant information that we didn't ask. That is why I wanted to hire a home inspector. I needed another pair of eyes that would see things that I didn't. I was very pleased with his professional, yet friendly attitude and he made me feel confident in his expertise.
