great and painless

Dr. Norton and his staff were wonderful! They did a great job at making the whole procedure pain free and relaxing. Would definitely use him again. Hoping I don't have to though.

The office staff and Dr. Norton were very friendly, and put me at ease. I had some prior bad dental experiences, and was extremely nervous about possibly having a root canal. It turned out that I needed two root canals. I had them on separate days. Dr. Norton and his staff were very professional, and seemed very knowledgable. They were on time, and Dr. Norton even came in early to accommodate me. I don't have dental insurance, and was obviously upset about the high price of two root canals, and crowns. Each root canal was $980.00 as they were on molars. The initial appointment for evaluation and films was $100.00. The good thing about this office is that they take Care Credit, and I had six months to pay with no interest. I would recommend Dr. Norton to anyone who needs endodontic care. Also, the staff and Dr. were always available to answer questions, and I feel they give excellent care!

Dr Norton was quick to understand the situation after talking with the referring dentist and looking at the xrays. He was able to perform a very difficult root canal the initial day. I am VERY pleased with him and his office staff. They were very kind and understanding of my frustrating situation. I was even offered a pillow and blanket during the procedure! I can't say enough good things about this office! I was so anxious I couldn't find the office and they even stayed on the phone and talked to me to get me to the right office.

My experience was very good and I think he did a quality job. He gave me several shots of novocain, so I didn't feel anything. I didn't need much pain medication afterwards. He suggested 3 ibuprofens 3 times a day, but I scaled it back after the first day. The staff was efficient and friendly.

I hate dental work and have an exaggerated fear of dentists. But Dr. Norton was outstanding. He explained what he was doing, was not and quot;rough,and quot; was very nice, and even said he was sorry when he was applying anesthetics. He agreed to take me as an emergency on his day off when my regular dentist called him, which I was very thankful for. My tooth was very inflamed and infected, but he was able to numb it and the work went smoothly. He offered music or meditation chants for me to listen to, but I personally prefer to just think. He had clouds on the ceiling which were perfect for looking at and relaxing. I felt nothing once he numbed the area. He took his time and was not aggressive or rough with my tooth. Honestly, for a root canal on a difficult tooth, it was not bad at all. I was tired when I went home, but did not have any pain. Just and quot;achingand quot; which I think is more from all the needles I had at both my regular dentist and then at Dr. Norton's office to numb the tooth. I felt no pain in my tooth! Dr. Norton is very smart and up-to-date with techniques and equipment. I would recommend him 100%. His staff are very pleasant, caring, and helpful. They even called me the next day to see how I was. I feel better than I have in weeks! His office was immaculate, which is very important to me. I will immediately call Dr. Norton in the future for any specialized work.
