Great, this medical practice has a variety of practitioners. I love that I can choose to see a Nurse Practitioner. Rae is smart, listens well, caring & efficient with her time.

Sometimes closed to new patients but their physicians were outstanding.

Very well, punctual, she took her time getting information.

I have seen Dr. Hood for several years as my primary care physician.  He is thorough and follow-up is good.  Referral were made as appropriate.

All the doctors in practice provided excellent care in a Christian atmosphere. I am never kept waiting in the waiting room or the exam room. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable.
Patients are kept updated with apt summaries and lab and test results after each appt.

He later mailed me a follow-up letter with my results and instructions.

They are amazing and top of the list. They are the best doctors I've ever worked with. I am a former physician's assistant and they are wonderful. The kindness of the staff stands out. They are available on short notice. They listen to their patients and they really seem to care about the patients. I recommend them if you ever need a doctor. We all use them including my in-laws.

I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Dr. Adams as well as the entire staff. The office is clean and up to date, with little to no wait time.

Dr. Gross was careful to thoroughly review any chronic problems as well as ask about any new symptoms. He takes his time and gives his full attention to his patients.

Dr. Roberts takes the time to LISTEN to you, she is not rushed and you don't feel like a number.    You receive individualized treatment in a timely manner.

He and his twin brother have offices here in Lexington.  To me it feels like he and his twin brothers are both the best here.  He is top notch.  He is very thorough.  He digs till he finds answers.  His chair side manner is what makes him so good and his follow up is excellent.  His billing and administration work very smoothly.  I will go to him even when he retires.

He is very dedicated to his patients, he is very patient, and he is totally focused on the patient when you are seeing him. He is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. He is just a great doctor. Several members of our family have seen him over the past years.

As with any doctor, go in with two lists: (1) your meds .... what you are taking, who prescribed them, dosage, etc (2) your symptoms (if more than one).

For the past three years, I've struggled with pitting edema and hypertension. I was only 37 when my blood pressure hit the roof. I have no family history and at the time had no weight issues. In those three years, I put on a lot of weight. (No change in diet or exercise.) Then I began getting extremely fatigued. Once active and energetic, I could barely get myself through the workday only to collapse on the couch. I saw four doctors in that time, none of whom cared about the swelling or the weight gain. They all told me I was getting older and to just get used to my new weight and being swollen. Oh, and the uncontrolled blood pressure? Well, they couldn't up the dose or the top number would be too low, so I was just supposed to accept that as well. By the time I got to Dr. Roberts, I was pretty frustrated.
Dr. Roberts listened to me very carefully. She asked me questions and examined me. Then she had some tests and lab work ran and changed my medicine. The change in medicine made a HUGE difference. The swelling got noticeably better right away and continues to improve. She also found that I was low in a vitamin and in Potassium. She advised me to take a supplement and add in some dietary sources of Potassium. I am feeling better all the time. I've been able to start walking again, which seemed like a miracle after being SO tired. And yesterday I even went on a short run. Unbelievable. I actually feel like I could get my old life--and pants size!--back!!! I wish I'd went to see her sooner. I could have avoided the past three years of suffering. She listens to what you say instead of jumping to conclusions. She rules things out and she really tries to solve your problem. She is amazing.

My physicians for seventeen years. I am always treated cordially and correctly. I'll be a patient as long as they have an office.

I try not to go to doctors at all. I like the practice that he is in which is known as Borders & Associates. I like the way they run the practice and he was the guy who was available and I wanted to stay with them as much as anything so I work with him. They spend time with me. They don't pass on a lot of their work on to physician's assistance. They've got an electronic medical rapid system and I like that. They are good with follow up and they have a lot of older patients it seems to me in the years I have been going there. That's helpful to see they are dealing with older individuals encounter.

Dr. Borders has been my physician for over 20 years. He is the greatest. My first visit with him, he actually stayed in the room getting to know me. Not being used to a doctor that didn't rush in and out, it made me uncomfortable because he stayed. He actually listens to what you say. Even after all of these years, he still is the same way. I trust him completely and am very comfortable with his network of doctor referrals. All of the folks that work in his office are very patient oriented and empathetic. Great office.
