About us
When you’re buying a home, it’s reassuring to have an honest and objective evaluation of the condition of the various household systems and structures. My goal is to help you confidently understand the condition of your home. After talking about your specific concerns, I will conduct a thorough inspection that usually takes about two hours. Then, depending on your interest and availability, we can discuss my findings and your next steps. Finally, you will receive a comprehensive written and illustrated report (usually around 25 pages) to use in setting up further work with contractors or specialists (if needed) and negotiating with sellers.

In View Inspection is great. You will be served well. The inspection was very comprehensive; he even found things I didnâ t even think about. I was a little disappointed that the report was primarily a check-off list, but some items need a little more detail. Those items were thoroughly covered in a follow-up phone call, which I appreciated very much; I just thought they could have been elaborated upon in the report rather than a check-off item. For that reason alone, I took away one star.

I've been working to condense my reports down to around 25 pages while still including enough pictures and descriptions to convey the condition of the property. I would highly recommend In View. From first contact to completion of the reports Justin has been prompt, professional and thorough. We are very happy with all aspects and the final report was not only thorough, but very easy to read and understand. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, on site after completing the inspection, explaining his findings or concerns as well as the items he felt were above standard.
