We hired Nick Freeman (Snug Bug Flooring) to replace carpet and wood flooring in our kitchen, dining room, living room and den with ceramic tile. Nick was the ultimate professional from the very start answering all our questions, providing a very reasonable bid, installing an exceptionally beautiful tile and clean up. Nick and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. For example, at his recommendation, we selected a top of the line epoxy grout that was extremely hard to clean and required extra time for him to thoroughly clean. We highly recommend Nick and Snug Bug for your flooring job.

They had an issue that had to take priority over our install and they were extremely communicative and made sure to go the extra mile to ensure our project got done on time. Nick was amazing and so professional. He knows his floors very well. After, having trouble getting my floors installed from previous Home Depot contractors I called Nick and he gave me a quote and was able to start within a couple days. He traveled a hour to come do the work at my home. The quality of work was amazing and finished the job in one day. I will be using Nick again for future projects. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. My wife and I are so pleased with the entire experience. We had no reservations about leaving them in our home. It was truly a family affair with the work being performed. As a bonus, they bought my wife a card and a balloon for her birthday!
