The technician was punctual, polite, and performed quality work in a timely manner.

My lights went out the night before I left for a four day vacation. When I returned I called and asked if someone could come out the next day, because I was concerned I may have a serious problem. I was told they would do their best to get someone out, but It would be close to days end. True to their word, one of the electricians, Dilan, called about 3:30 and was at my house by 4:00. Dilan quickly determined the problem to be a simple well outlet. He quickly replaced the outlet and the job was done. I cannot say enough good things about Dilan. He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I was very impressed with Fusion's willingness to work with me and to quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively fix my problem.

The price was reasonable. It took about an hour or two for one worker to complete the job.

Very well. I am really pleased with the work. Jacob reviewed everything to be done before and saved me money. Dilan took time to explain everything he was going to do before each task. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a pleasure working with this company.

Initially, I e-mailed the company (off their website) and Jeff the owner called me back within 24 hours. I reviewed with him the problems that we were having and he shared with me that others were having similar problems with AFCI breakers tripping. We went ahead and set up to have an electrician come out to our house. The electrician (Dilan) was on time, very professional and personal (easy to talk with). He listened to what was happening and shared a plan of action that he thought would isolate / fix the problem. First, he pulled the face plate off the electrical panel and reviewed each of the AFCI breakers and the other breakers around them (wires connecting to the service panel to make sure nothing was crossed up. Next, he saw the AFCI's were older and packed-in tight (next to each other). He also said that newer AFCI's were available (he also shared that he had a similar problem with his father and was able to correct it by changing out the AFCI before going in and testing every receptacle, switch, fixture, etc. in the room that was covered by the faulty AFCI (that would increase the cost of his services). It has been a month and everything is working fine and my wife is happy! He also installed the GFI receptacle.

Great - from the return phone call on a very busy phone day for them, to arrival when they said they'd be there our experience was great. They coordinated with the company pouring our patio and installing the counters - everything went very smoothly. The electricians came out twice and were very friendly, professional and actually seemed to enjoy having our three dogs around them rather than cooped up while they floated between their worked inside and out. Pricing compared to the electrician the patio company usually uses was also a plus. We'll definitely hire them for any additional needs once we set up the patio.

The first time I used Fusion Electric, I got quotes from 3 other companies too. Since then, I've used Fusion Electric 2 other times and didn't even bother shopping around. The technicians are fantastic and professional, prices are great and they do the job exactly as desired (and then some).

Company communicated well and sent email when the technician was on the way. They arrived on time and were very helpful with the questions I asked. The work was completed and tested satisfying what was requested. They picked up all trash and debris before leaving.

It was great from start to finish. Jeff answered all my questions during the initial phone call. The price was reasonable and I could use my Angie's List coupon. Dilan was on time and very careful and respectful in my home. I appreciated that. He professionally installed my fixture making sure I was please with even the small details. He was efficient with time and cleaned up nicely. I was very pleased and will call Fusion Electric again.

The install took a little longer than estimated, but I knew it would be an all day project. The entire process was very smooth. This includes their fantastic communication by phone and e-mail. I received e-mails alerting me that their technicians were on their way, as well as e-mails when they were on-site. Invoices and receipts were also sent by e-mail, and this made it very easy for me. The work site was left very clean.

they did a very good job. Now I'm just waiting for Angies List to recredit my credit card for a service that was not rendered.

They were great. I paid $100 more than the Big Deal because I had them stay longer. His name was Jeffrey and he was very good and nice. He took his time and he was very good. He was very friendly and very professional. It was just a really good experience.

I was totally blown away by Fusion Electric. I needed an electrician quickly to keep a tight timeline on a kitchen remodel. I messaged Fusion Electric and heard back almost immediately. Fusion was able to come out super quick and provided an electronic bid. The electrician, Jacob, showed up on time and completed the install quickly and professionally. There was no issues and no hassles. I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship. I will call Fusion for future needs!

No complaints. Professional work, reasonably priced for the work done. Some would probably consider it expensive for what was done; however, I thought it reasonable for a small business with overhead. Will use again if/when I have electrical work to be done.

Charged me 159$ to tell me i have the wrong lightbulb!

Good, responded quickly, and did several other tasks as well. Pricing from the deal increased bc there was not attic access. Cleaned up as well.

Jason was great- arrived early...explained what he was doing; resolved what needed to be done; took extra care with cutting small amount of tile to fit GFCI outlet in kitchen (which was unexpected); went to store to p/u materials that he recommended/suggested were needed (new fixture for room lighting and addt'l outlets- which I paid for- expectedly)...appreciated his honesty as we have 6 older hardwired fluorescent fixtures in basement- decided to look at 1 to see if his idea to resolve would be beneficial...wound up just putting in some bulbs to provide some better lighting, but real resolution is the purchase of new fixtures- as he suggested- provided rough estimate and understood we'd need to budget for future consideration- would highly recommend their services.

They added a external socket. I give them A's across the board. They were really good and I would use them again. They did great work. They also recommended some additional things that really make the work look nicer and better protected.

They're the only ones that came out so I can't compare their pricing to anybody. They were very good on punctuality.
