This veterinary office has cared for our dogs for approximately 5 years. Today's visit provided the regular annual care for two of our three dogs. I felt fully informed of all of the options available for our dogs, and was able to choose what I believe is the appropriate level of care. The veterinarian gave both dogs a very good exam, and explained her findings as she went along. I was given several opportunities to ask questions or express concerns. The technician went over each dog's medical history and asked if there were any questions, or if there was any need for refills. They told me what the costs would be before the work was done so I could ask any questions I had rather than being surprised at the check out counter.
In the past, when one of our dogs had a serious illness, they provided good care and allowed/encouraged us to participate in the decisions and care to the extent of our ability. I trust what I am told, and in the care they provide.

felt the service was so-so and the prices were high compared to other places we have been. She seemed a bit traumatized by her experience, so I'm not sure we'll take her back.

She was amazing, very very understanding. Caring to Baby. We took him home with instructions, but the next day he crashed, and we rushed him in. All the people at the clinic remembered Baby and quickly went to work. The doctor came in and talked to us about our options. She was so sympathetic to what we were going through, she almost started crying with us and gave us hugs. We decided it was best to put him down. They prepared everything, and were so kind and understanding. They gave us a plaster paw print of him with his name on it, and wrapped him in a blanket, put him in a box casket to send him home with us. We were also given a beautiful card from the Vet.
I have never been treated so kind, with such understanding. Our first visit with her, she really was/is a brilliant vet. She was on top on the newest things. She had just come back from a lecture so the Vets their are always keeping up with new technology and they work with the University for extreme cases. They really are a great bunch there.
We have an option of using the vet on base, but Little Apple Vet has won my heart.
