LJ took time to thoroughly review his proposal, and why he was not the low bid. He gave me time to do research on his proposal, and you know what, he was doing it the way I would want it done. I was almost embarrassed that I was considering the low bid instead of him. That would have been a mistake. A few days later I called and asked if he could do it tomorrow as the range was being delivered the next day, he said he was busy tomorrow, but if I was OK with him working past 5, he would be out that same day. No extra charge. He is, by far, a man of solid character. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent and affordable. He was straightforward and honest explaining in simple terms what I needed and why I needed it. He had the cheapest price in town, I had talked to him first then called around to see ifni could get a cheaper price. Every one else price was up $500 more. I would recommend this company to anyone needing hot water tank replacement or service.

LJ called me on a holiday and said he would try to squeeze me in. Told him it wasn't necessary that it could wait a couple of days. He showed up 3 days later and told me that I DID NOT need to fix what I thought I did. An HONEST person. Imagine that. I will definitely call him again.

I have had had LJ for two repairs now and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing plumbing services. Very fair, courteous, timely and excellent work.
