Overall it went well. There were a few smudges but overall good job. Technician who did the work was very professional, accomadating and polite. I did have to wait longer than I would have liked after booking to get the job done.

They showed up on time and in addition to the work agreed upon were able to fit in some other windows I hadn't thought of - price was great, so we did all. Even my teenagers noticed how much better we could see through the windows. :) Huge difference. Definitely recommend. Sorry, can't recall what the price was - it was a great deal, though!

The windows completed were excellent. Had to call back after company left because they missed two windows. The young man was very nice but in a hurry to get to his next job. I inquired about screen repair during cleaning and was adviced to call to get a quote. He was unable to quote while at my house and did not have screen on truck to repair that day but was told normally they have it on truck.

They arrived on time, set to work immediately dividing it between the two guys. Work did not take long and windows looked great. Screens cost extra but was well worth it.

It went really good. They setup the schedule and he came when they said they would come. He showed up and he had all of his equipment with him. He was very courteous. I could tell from his truck that he is from the company. He started on the outside and went right to work and he came in and did the inside. He didn't mess anything up or drop anything. He was very conscientious of not splashing the walls or anything. The windows look great and I gave him the $10. He has done the job for 2 hours. It was a good experience. I'm glad my windows are clean and it worked out fine. Their prices are very good.

He was so very careful while in our home. He was in his socks to make sure that he didn't dirty up the house. He was so thorough and nice. He cleaned everything so well! He even alerted me to a couple of windows that had a broken seal and then recommended companies that I could call out at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again! In fact, I liked them so well, I have been added to their yearly call list.

The work was completed very timely and was very well done. They even did our doors which I did not expect. I cannot believe how dirty my windows were. I plan on using this company from now on to have our windows washed more often. HIghly recommend.

Windows have never looked better!!

My wife was not pleased that the service provider did not wipe down the window sills. Other than that, I thought the crew worked hard, even through a momentary cloudburst.

Only washed the glass, did not wipe frames, sills or trim around windows. Left all dirt, spider webs- I have 21 windows and they were at my home for an hour if they were lucky. After they left, I went around with a damp towel and wiped down the ground floor windows and a few of the worst 2nd level ones. I have had my windows washed professionaly before and did not have to finish the job. I did contact the owner and Angie's list with an e-mail, photos and the owner left a message while we were out of town that he had come back to look and wiped the windows. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.

Matt and Cyle did and excellent job cleaning our windows. They were punctual and professional and my windows have never looked better. I would highly recommend Window Genie and will be using them again in the future.

The service turned out extremely well. We picked a date that was comfortable for us. They were very efficient and did a great job.

I used an Angie's List coupon to try Window Genie. This was the first time I used any coupon. That process was easy to do and I was immediately contacted by the owner of Window Genie via email with details and scheduling. He was prompt and efficient. The technicians Matthew and Kiley were courteous, neat, polite. They arrived on time. They took great care on the inside to not damage floors/furnishings in any way. On the outside, great care working around our landscaping and deck furniture. This was greatly appreciated.

They (two men) arrived a little early, I told them that was fine and they got their supplies and began washing the windows. Took screens out and I washed them while they were doing the windows. Also cleaned sills. I have the older windows that were harder to do so appreciated having my windows done and now are shiny and clean!!!

They came at the time that was expected. They did a through job on the windows. They were very careful taking the windows out and putting them in again. This is our first time ever cleaning the windows with a company. It was a very good experience. They really have an art to doing windows. I would definitely use them again!

It was excellent, they got everything cleaned, and they were on time. They were even kind enough to come back after a rain storm that ruined it.

Arrive at the arranged time. Completed the work in 3 hours. We are pleased with the results.

Gentleman came, inspected all the windows, pointed out 2 that need replacing, then exertly cleaned all windows inside and out. We have used this company before and really love their work.
