This is an outstanding business. My wife's new car paint was badly scratched either in a parking lot or car wash. While other shops gave estimates of up to $1800 to fix the damage, Color Concepts recommended wet sanding and polishing to remove the scratches. I was able to made an appointment to have the work done while I waited, and the results could not have been better. It looks like new, and the charge was only $100.

I was very happy with the work Color Concepts did on my 2009 Honda Accord. We set up a time for my to drop it off and it was back earlier than expected. The work they did was exceptional.

Nathan and his team are great! They worked with the insurance claims people and got everything handled - even when the insurance people were not very responsive. The car looks brand new - I can't even tell there was any damage. Highly recommend Color Concepts.

It went very well. It's been professionally taken cared of. They repaired what I asked them to repair. They did a good job in a timely manner. I would recommend their professionalism. They are definitely fair priced for what they have done and for the quality of their work.

I took my car in on a Friday before Memorial Day to have dents removed. I set up an appointment two weeks in advance. I was going to be out of town and wanted it done while I was gone. ( I had had work done two other times by the same shop and was extremely pleased with the work) Due to the hail storm damage, it was not completed on Monday as promised. I called each day was promised each of the days of that week to be finished. I had not taken a car from the insurance company because I did not need it, I thought. Finally on Thursday of that week I called the owner of the company and told his what was happening. . He came and got me, rented a care for me and 2 hours later I was on my way. My car was delivered to me the next day. The work are beautiful. I was very please with the work. I found out later that the guy who did my work was a perfectionist and that is why it took so long. I will use them again but cautiously .

This was an insurance claim. Color Concepts worked with my insurance company and the service was flawless. The work was completed when promised. This is not the first time I used this company and I recommend them highly.

My wife was in a minor accident and the front bumper cover on her car had to be replaced quickly since she needed to drive the car out of town in less than a week. Color Concepts gave us a quote immediately and got the new cover ordered right away. When they took the bumper cover off they realized that what they thought might be grill damage was not and they called me right away and said the price would be lower than they first estimated. They did an excellent job on the car in a very short time.
