They will come back in three months and their price is good. He was great, personable with my kids and I will use them again in the future.

They are very kind and always seem to send the same 2 guys so they know us. They always ask if we are having problems. They also send postcards to let us know when services are needed, etc.

They did a good job. I liked them a lot because those wasps disappeared. I have not had any problems with ants or spiders either. I think they were effective. The owner of the company was here to do the job. He was very nice and professional. As far as I can tell he did a very good job. He sprayed everything very thoroughly. The wasps were gone after he finished the job and left. Wasps usually come in July and in September I had two or three of them come back but not a lot of them like I usually have. I was very pleased with that. I would definitely recommend them to others. The price was good. I had spoken to other companies and they were lesser than another company I had contacted. I will use them again in the future if needed.

They sent someone over within an hour to set traps and deterants. They are always so polite and professional. They are always on time and will even wait in the driveway if they are early. They usually work by appointment and they can even come on Saturdays. The same two guys are the ones that keep coming to my house.

I use them only for the outside of the house and not inside. I've been doing business with them for years. What stands out about them is that you never know when they are here and not. They just come in and do their services on a regular basis. I trust them. They do what they need to do. I don't have any trouble or differences about them.

Very, very well. We used Scat pest control for quarterly service during the 4 years we lived in our home. We never had a pest control problem but I do not like things that crawl or creep and wanted to keep it that way. Found them on Angie's List and never regretted my decision. Except for one or two occasions, we always had the same tech, Brad, who's bright, energetic, professional and respectful of the home. Always on time - running late was an extremely rare occurrence and even then, it was just a few minutes with a courtesy call to let you know. If I ever move back to Indy and own a home again, I would certainly rehire.

I used their services several years ago since I was bringing in 3 dogs. I had them inspect for fleas or anything else. I haven’t had to use them recently, but I would certainly call them if I had a pest control issue. They’ve always been very easy to deal with, their prices are reasonable, and I always feel that they’re dealing very honestly with me.

Overall, the experience has been good. They've been our pest control company for several years, and we've never had any problems.

I thought I possibly had a termite problem. I talked at length to Mark on the phone about our problem. He was easily able to determine over the phone that termites are not our problem. He talked me through an easy and inexpensive solution to our insect problem (citronella ants) and explained to me the signs to watch for in the future with respect to termites. I was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable he was. I will certainly use this company again in the future if I need further assistance. He really went out of his way to give me great advice on a number of issues I raised.

I was given an appointment the day after I called. Daniel, the technician, arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, efficient, and explained what he was doing. I've seen a few dead ants since--but no live ones.

Scat worked well. They got here at a reasonable time and the treatment was effective. They have been out a few times and each time they have done well. The price seemed a bit high, but I have nothing to compare their price to.

They came out the day after I phoned. Treated interior areas but were unable to treat exterior areas due to rain and the fact that we had just had our driveway replaced and truck could not be parked there. They came out the same day I phoned two weeks later and treated the exterior areas - at no further cost. Daniel Packard was very polite, personable and businesslike. I was very pleased and had heard similar reports from friends of mine.

We also used them a couple of times for our business. They are really nice and they seem to know what they are doing. They are a small company. We had to call them out for something with our business and they came right out. They are doing a fine job.

I found ants in my kitchen. I called Scat Pest based on their Angie's List rating and they scheduled the visit for the next day. The gentleman who came explained why I was seeing the ants. He sprayed the kitchen and all around the foundation outside. He then explained their guarantee and told me to call if I had any problems. He also took care of a wasp nest at no additional cost. I have had no problems since the service. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the man who performed the service, but he was very professional, polite, prompt, pleasant, and clean. I will definitely use Scat Pest in the future.

It was reported to me by my husband that the young man who did the work was nice, professional, and thorough. Two weeks later and still no sign of any ants.

Arrived on time and treated the entire house. When he was finished, he explained he'd actually found several nests that weren't easily visible and treated them thoroughly. Also recommended I fill in some holes where wasps were getting inside a window frame and nesting out of sight. Also recommended I fill in a gap in the brick mortar to prevent yellow jackets from nesting there. I'm very satisfied with the speed and service and plan to contact them next spring to treat the house early.

Presence of a racoon was found in the attic which was taken care of by another company. It was also noted that there were carpenter ants in this area. Scats was contacted and they responded rapidly to take care of this problem. They were very professonal and I was pleased with the results and cost. I would use them again and also recommended them to other people.
