I've been using them for years. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future. They are excellent.

The receptionist set up an appointment within a couple days after I called and told us what to expect. When our technician arrived he was right on time and after I showed him where the critters were infiltrating he went right to work on that area and the rest of the house to include the garage. He told me that the truck that had the power spraying equipment would arrive the following week to finish the job. I already was informed by the receptionist of this so no surprise here. The surprise was when the truck arrived the next day! Once again, highly professional crew went to work and completed the job without disturbing my wife who was inside trying to stay out of their way. We were a bit disappointed that they didn't leave a note on the door to inform us they were there, as promised, until the next day when a letter arrived from one of the crew members apologizing for that error. And most important, nary an ant to be seen.

They did a very good job and took care of the problem.

We have had them for multiple years. They seem to be complete with their service. We have had no problems with bugs as long as the house was treated by Scats. We have gotten to know the people who were doing the services. We are very happy with continuing the service.

Outstanding service! I really appreciated that he did not push for unnecessary, more frequent inspections. At my request, Dan offered information about other pest issues we've had (yellow jackets, ants). In the future, we will not hesitate to contact Scat for pest issues and are glad to have connected with a good provider of these services.

They've always been on time, they're reliable and don't charge any unnecessary charges. They're honest and are nice people. I will definitely be continuing to use them.

I have been happy with them for 13 years. I got to know about them through the previous owners of this house. I like them. I had them a month ago, I use their services quarterly and they charge me $70 for the treatment. They are unfailingly prompt, easy to schedule with. Their serviceman and technicians are very friendly and know what’s going on in the house and they have been very effective.

I spend $60 a quarter. The service is good, effective and friendly. Their quality of service is good because it works. They do a good job because I don't have any problems. I don't have anything to compare their price to, but it seems fair. They are responsive when I call up and set up an appointment. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I've used them for years and would continue to use them in the future.

We had been dealing with mice or some similar creature in a drawer next to our fireplace in the family room - little black droppings the size of rice grains and chewed pieces of paper. Behind this drawer and in the bottom of the cabinetry is a 1" hole that wires and cables for our television and stereo system pass through. The hole goes down to a crawl space area: pathway for the mouse. Bought d-Con bait trays and assumed placing them in the drawer would solve the problem. The creature loved the poison . . . or so it seemed! After 2 weeks, part of the basement began to smell, I was still "feeding" the mice, and I decided that we needed professional help even though we never saw a mouse. I called Scat but it was after hours on Saturday afternoon. They called me shortly after 8 am on Monday and were at our house within 3 hours. Brad listened to our problem, checked out the drawers, followed the "trails" in the basement, and went into the crawl space. He placed bait boxes with snap shut lids behind 2 family room drawers, in the basement, crawl space, and garage. He also gave us some very good information regarding mice and their habits. We will have Scat back to our house next fall to refill the bait boxes. Brad told us to stuff steel wool into the holes in the cabinetry after a month with no signs of mice.

I had mice droppings every where in my house. I decided to contact SCAT pest control, I spoke with Mark, I gave told him there were black rice shaped droppings at almost every nook and cranny of my house. Immediately, he was able to diagnose the problem as mice infestation which I had suspected. He scheduled an appointment the following day,which was great. Brad came to place mice baits all over my house. Brad was punctual, respectful, and professional. Brad, patiently listened to my complaints and he got to work immediately. Infact, he had to place more baits in my house based on the numerous number of mice droppings I showed him. Overall, he did an excellent Job. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and I will definitely hire them again if needed.

The representative listened to my issues, discussed what work he would do i.e. spray and place silver fish bait in the attic. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work promptly. About a month later I called him back to assess what kind of animal was living in the eaves around my front porch. It was a bat which of couse we did not disturb. Scat did not charge for the bat visit and the bat soon left on its own accord.

After being startled by a mouse running across our living room floor and later capturing it, we surmised that it must have come up from the basement in the boxes of holiday decor we had gotten earlier in the week. Once in the basement, we discovered the entire perimeter was covered with mouse droppings. We had never had a problem with mice in the past and had been paying another "brand name " company since the spring to do quarterly evaluations of our property and set insect traps; in fact, they had just been to our house to do their quarterly inspection 10 days earlier! The overwhelming evidence of mouse activity we discovered, not only in the basement, but the storage space above the garage, too, prompted us to fire the company we currently used and find another. That same night, I joined Angie's List and was quickly given the name of the most trusted and efficient exterminators in the area...."Scat Pest Removal". "Scat" sent a representative the next day. He was curtious, knowledgable and professional. He took his time to listen to our concerns and walk around with us while we showed him the problem areas. He explained how the traps worked and answered any questions I had regarding child and pet safety with them. He was thorough and non-evasive while moving throughout the house. He was excellent in his explanations of what to expect after he left and when the problem should be completely gone. He was confident that I wouldn't see another mouse and to call back if I did....he's never had to go back to a customers house to finish the job, by the way! The price was fantastic, especially compared to what I was paying "the other guys" to actually let the rodents in during their watch! It's been over a month and the "Scat" guy was right! I haven't seen another mouse. There doesn't seem to be any new mouse droppings or rodent activity at all in the house. I plan to use "Scat" every spring and fall to inspect our home and bait and trap for insects/rodents.

While he was here, he saw some bees coming in under my window and advised us that the bees will come in the drywall in the fall so I was very happy he caught those as well. He was very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I think we paid them a $160 for the first time treatment. They were just very personable. They answered all the questions. It was the same guy who came and he would be the one who would always come, which I like. So I like that it’s going to be the same person every time. I don’t really have anything to compare their prices to. We will continue to use their services again in the future.
