Plumber came and checked the toilet and identified that it was the main line out of the house that was clogged. He called and had someone come out with the right machine to clean out the line.

Noticed our backup sump pump running. Isley came in and diagnosed problem. They explained the problem and provided various options. We had them install new primary and backup sump pumps. They were timely and courteous. Bill Hall, at the office, is great to work with. We've had Isley do work in the past and all of their employees have been professional and courteous.

They came out the same day and did an excellent job. I was thoroughly pleased.

Very happy with the work. They went above and beyond. The guys who came to do the original estimate gave me 2 options of how and where to install the ejector pit. They were able to accomplish what other plumbers said they could not do or would do only for more $. The two plumbers who did the work were great. I am doing the non-plumbing part of the renovation and they worked with me on coordinating the two. My only complaint was that the overflow from the bath is not quite straight and will need to be reworked to have the cover fit. Everything else was excellent. The final bill was exactly the same as their estimate. They were great and I would definitely use them again.

I called twice giving my name and phone # They called back saying someone would contact me. 2 weeks later, no contact.

We had had a leak in the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen and we wanted to make sure that this was not going to happen again after the kitchen was remodeled. They came out, went upstairs and sealed the upstairs bathroom bathtub. They came back a week later to make sure nothing had transpired, since we needed to make sure there were no leaks before our ceiling was sealed. They were very straight forward and seemed to know what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.

The service tech that came to the house was fine, very nice and seemed competent. The problem arose when I called their office and spoke to "Bill" and asked questions regarding my options for this repair. He said we can not help you since you want to "chase other plumbers". I do not think getting a second opinion for a repair for over $500 is unreasonable. Maybe he was afraid I was going to find out their price was outrageous so he dumped me before I could dump them.

They quoted about $160-$180. When they could not get the job completed they discounted the work to 50 as that was their minimum and referred me to a specialist with long sewer runs. Were very nice and helpful as best they could be. I would use them again. Good communication as well.

Job 1: He gave us some good advice on some trim we had bought. He let us know it wasn't going to work instead of opening them and trying to make them work. They did good work. We're getting ready to call them again about an issue with a toilet. Job 2: I've used them through the years. Even back in the days when they were in Nora. Rick was polite and good.

Very well; they came within 12 hours of my emergency call.

Professional. Completed the work as requested. Was able to do same day service. Would be nice if the hourly rate was a little lower.(note also includes gas cost --> total approximately $100/hour.)

Jason came out, nice young man. Both times I have had them I have been satisfied with their work.

The leak was really bad on Tuesday. So I called Isley on Wednesday, and it was raining, so they sent someone out on Thursday morning. He called 15 minutes prior and showed up to fix my spigots. Unfortunately my basement is finished so the drywall on the ceiling had to be cut. He then replaced both faucets. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. He had to get in my crawl space and was very quick to get things done. On Saturday, I used one of the faucets and noticed it was not tight on the outside and moved in and out about 2 inches. So I was not satisfied and called Isley on Monday to ask them to send someone out to finish the job. The same plumber came out Tuesday and drilled two holes in the brick and installed mortar screws. Now it is very secure and I am 100% satisfied.

It went well. Jason arrived on time. He did a professional job on a timely basis, cleaned up, and tested the new valve. I am very satisfied with the results.

Everything was very professional from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Everything works and the clean up was very good.

Showed up within half-hour time slot of call from office saying when he'd arrive. Assessed situation, installed valve, and was on the road within 45 minutes. Plumber was very friendly.

I was pleased that they were available to come out with a 2 day notice. As the plumber was fixing the leaky faucet he was in need of a part that he had to call to have someone bring out to him for which he did not charge for that time spent waiting. I originally wanted them to replace my garbage disposal for one I had purchased however as he took the old one out he found a drywall nail that was causing the problem. I was able to keep my original disposal and return the new one saving me $80. Also, the sprayer was only clogged and the plumber kindly cleaned it out. I will be calling this company again if needed.

They were able to solve the problem immediately for me. They were just wonderful!

Went great! I was told by another company I needed a new furnace and A/C unit. These folks told me mine was fine.

This company was great. Most places either didn't answer the phone on Saturday, or said they couldn't even get a replacement unit until mid-next week. The company was able to re-arrange schedules and get someone here with a replacement unit at 8:30 on Monday morning. They were on-time, clean, and the replacement unit was much higher quality and warranty than the builder unit it was replacing.

They were prompt. They took care of our problem and when there was an issue with the installation, I called and they came right out and fixed the problem.

This company came out and fixed both of my problems. They fixed it in no time flat. I have hired them since then, so they must be good!

Excellent response and service at midday on a Friday. They were there within a couple of hours and completed the repair, which was not particularly an easy standard repair, in about 1-1/4 hours. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Our 16-year-old water heater was leaking so we called Isley to replace it. They were there the next day and installed the new heater. Have been dealing with them for over 30 years and have always had quality service.
