It was excellent. They were on time. I called them a day or two before, so they were quick. The guy who came to do the job was pleasant and he did a good job.

The "leak expert" sent by Isley was wonderful. I wish I had written down his name. He knew how to isolate and identify the type and source of the leak. It was not even a plumbing problem, yet he eliminated possibilities until he found the loose tile near the lower corner of the shower walls that had allowed water to seep behind the tiles. Tremain Tile came out for estimate and they were VERY impressed that a plumber had enough sense to tap on the tiles and find the problem.

They were here on time and they did their work in a timely manner. They had even called to see if they could come over earlier. Their prices are fair. They called me and told me that they had to buy a part for my toilet and it took about a month but they got it done. The month was not in any way their fault because they had to get the part from back order.

I have used them alot in the past. He came out right away, fixed it, and left. I really appreciated how professional and prompt and he was in coming over because I had company coming over.

It went very well. They kept it clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very responsive. They came out on time. They are good to work with. They gave me an estimate. They stuck with the estimate.

The plumber arrived and determined within a couple of seconds he could not repair the job. He said, "wow a lot of water" and he could not get to the pipe. He then left and sat in his truck for 20 minutes smoking a cigarette. Several days later we received a bill for 20 minutes of his service. We contacted the company and explained what happened and they took away the charge.

It was very good. He came on time and did what they said they would do. I got the Angie's List discount from them, so the price was reasonable. They were professional and polite.

I think they are very good. They do excellent work! I've not had any trouble with the work that they have done.

They were very responsive to an emergency situation. They performed very high quality of work and I was very satisfied with the service. They did the job while i was not even home and i did not worry about a thing I would definitely use them again.

I wasn't home for initial replacement. I came home to find the cover to the pump loose and water all over my floor. Turns out it had nothing to do with the loose cover. It was a loose fitting. They did come back right away to correct the problem. However, the loose cover was still an issue for me. Why was it not secured down the way it was found? I was told that they do not need to put it back the way it was. Once they open it to do the repair, it cannot be secured down again. He seemed really put out that I wanted my cover to be sealed back to the way it was before the repair. I asked him, "Can you fix it? Does it need to be replaced? Who do I get to do this?" He was telling me that it didn't need to be sealed or secured. I just wasn't understanding why. They did seal it with a clear silicone. The plumber told me he could do that "if I wanted". So the seal was unbelievable. He put the cover on after the silicon and the silicon leaked out everywhere. He didn't even wipe it up. Now I have a dried mess. I have used this company many times. I am surprised by this situation, but since I am a return customer I guess I expected a little better response. They have lost a customer.

They were very good. They were timely on their arrival and completed the job in a good time frame. They were good guys to work with.

They were late and did not call, so that aspect was not appreciated, given that they gave us an appointment window instead of an exact time. However, the fix turned out to be easy and they were in and out quickly. We've used them before for hot water heater repairs and have been happy.

I called to find out about having my water heater replaced. The lady that answered the phone was polite and helpful. I was given an estimate over the phone and they were able to schedule the install for the next afternoon. They said they would be out between 1-4. They called at about 1:15 to say they were on their way. The guy that showed up was courteous and got right to work. A second guy that was done with all his jobs showed up a little later to help out. They both worked diligently and the whole thing was done in about 1 1/2 hours. They left everything clean and even moved all my rugs before they took out the old water heater so as not to mess them up as it dripped some on the way out. The only thing I noticed is that there is a dent in the bottom of the tank. Haven't contacted them about it yet. I noticed it when I went down to look at the unit after they left.

Everything was A+++! The plumber was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, and was a nice guy. He cleaned up afterwards so well you could not tell he had even been there. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give a 10!
