I have hired this company to do work for us several times. I like that they are able to do this specialized work. We have hired them to do many things for our complex because they are reliable.

They are courteous and they do the job well. They are here on time and call to let us know when they are coming. They took away the whole old tank of salt as part of the deal.

It took a little longer then I had anticipated, but they did a wonderful job. They fixed the toilet where the leak originated, cut a spot in the drain to help things drain better, and also installed a new stopper for my tub and unclogged 2 pipes. Nate, the technician also noticed that the pan under my water heater was obstructing a drain. This had been put in by a different plumber at Isley when my water heater was struck by lightening several mos ago. Nate called his boss and they are coming out today to fix this for free.

They come very quick, and they take care of the problem. They have very reasonable prices. They are very professional and I am comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend them and use them again.

They arrived when scheduled. They were very courteous and helpful. They were very respectful about being in my house and home. They were professional about cleaning up their mess.

They came when my HS son was at home. They treated him well, fixed the problem (a bottle cap had lodged itself and jammed the disposal) and didn't charge a thing.

Nobody thought that it would be able to be fixed. Everybody else I called about it said they would have to run a new line to fix. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Every time we have dealt with them they were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I do not know much about plumbing and they really explained everything to us.

They are pretty attentive and they continuity of their employees. Their rates are fair and I have been using them off and on for about 15 years and I have never had any problems. When I have problems that need to be taken care of right away they come out promptly.

My experience with them was good. They were polite. The first time they couldn't find the leak. They gave me credit for the time that they came out. They fixed the problem, and they were very professional. They informed me about what they were doing and what my options were.

Came in a very timely manner. Did work under hot and mosquito infested conditions with no complaints. Cost was 1/3 of what the gas company was going to charge.

Overall it was great the guy was competent and he knew what he was doing and did a great job. He showed up on time to the job site and I would recommend him to others. Price was reasonable.

Ron came in less than two hours after our call. We were not able to get the canister off the to change the filter. We had broken two wrenches trying! Ron used a chain wrench to remove the canister. He then changed out some copper piping to fix the leak and adjusted our toilets. He performed the work above quickly and did a great job. We've used LE Isley's for several years and are always pleased with their work and prices.

They did a pretty good job. It didn't go exactly to plan because Kohler but the wrong item in the box so we had to wait around for that. They arrived promptly and were very friendly to deal with.

I thought that the service call price was reasonable. This was one of those situations that was a home owner goof. All it took was for them to turn a wrench to fix the leak. I did get to recommend them to a friend who was appreciative. They do excellent work.

They came when they were supposed to. They fixed the problem and we have not had any problems with it since. They were also very clean and the prices were good.

The toilet that they put the shut-off valve on, we then had to flush several times. We called them back and they came right out. They only charged $4 for that call-back. I feel they were very honest and did not take advantage of me. So many plumbers we have had in the past would come out and then have to leave to get parts. The man came with the parts he needed and was in and out quickly. He was very prepared for the job, and I was impressed with that. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Arrived as promised, completed work promptly and left the work area clean.

They ve always done a great job for us and we will continue to use them.

One of the owners talked to us directly and actually came out to do the install. He was very polite, dependable and informative on our options. His team took a look at our old water heater and told us our options and what we could do in the future to avoid having to replace it so early in its lifespan. We opted to replace the old water heater with a new one. They replaced it and were in and out in a jiffy. My husband and I were very pleased with their service and the owner's attentiveness to our needs and concerns. He worked to ensure we were fully satisfied with his company's pricing and service. He also worked hard to coordinate the install within our schedule by ultimately coming out on Saturday morning. Thank you Doug Isley, we will contact you going forward if we have any plumbing needs, as well as refer you to others who may be in need as well.

Once I chose a contractor to install a water softener in my home, I was told I would also need a plumber on site to move the gas water heater to enable installation of the water softener. The main water shutoff is located behind the gas water heater, and the water softener contractor said their associates would not move a gas water heater. I contacted LE Isley 2-3 weeks prior to the scheduled date, and was able to be first on their schedule for the date chosen. The plumber arrived prior to the water softener installer, which worked out well and enables the plumber to drain the water heater first. The plumber chose to make trips around the back of my house and in/out through a rear patio door to prevent getting my carpet dirty, which I was pleased with. Since the plumber had to wait until after the water softener installation to move the gas water heater back, the final bill (for plumber's time) was a little higher than expected, and I don't know if scheduling two service calls rather than having plumber wait at my home the entire time would have been more cost effective or not. At any rate I am familiar with the going rate for plumbers, so I don't think with that in mind the total bill was out of line. The scheduling worked out well, the plumber was prompt and courteous, and like my other experiences with LE Isley I was not disappointed. I would recommend them to others, and will use again.

It went fine. They came within the four hour range that they promised. Their prices were average. They are courteous. They did what they said that they are going to do. If you have an emergency they can get you an appointment within two days.

He did a great job and we were very satisfied he came right away, and he solved the problem for us right away. I was also recommend to him by Angie's List.
