I have an aqua green with a white roof. The white spilled over the edge onto my aqua green siding and it sticks out like a sore thumb. They said they would be back the following weekend - they were on another job and they were busy. So I gave them a week and I returned the call to no avail, no answer. Service was unsatisfactory. We had no rain for the longest time. It rained today and the roof leaks and my living room is saturated with water. My television is ruined, my carpet has a big wet spot on it, and my sofa is ruined. Very unsatisfactory and I will pursue a lawsuit in a civil court.
Description of Work: The service was fine but they didn't come back when their work failed. I asked them to patch the roof and remove the paint on the side of my house that dripped over off the roof and they set up a time and a date to come out and they never showed. This has been 60 days going on. They recoated my roof to stop the leak and the paint went over the edge and down the side. It's white paint covering aqua finish. They charged me $350 with a year guarantee that I have in writing that they did not honor.
