They were absolutely excellent. They are local here in Edinburgh. The countertop is just beautiful. It looks like stone. They were custom made. I already knew what I had in mind. We called them because they dealt with this particular kind of Formica. The owner came out, and he had the samples with him. He talked about his company. He was very personable. We did not have pressure at all. He had all the answers. Any questions I asked, he had the right answers. So I knew what he was doing.  We had somebody in mind who was a $1000 less. Their person came out, and they never got back to us. They actually installed the countertop. My husband went over to Kramer's company right here in Edinburgh. They gave him a tour of the company. They were just fabulous. Their work is just incredible. Their reputation is international. They do lots and lots of stuff. They absolutely cleaned up all the mess, and made sure everything was good at the end of the day. I didn’t know they were here because I was at school when they put the countertops in. My husband was here. The communication was excellent. The guys who came in were neat, clean and knowledgeable. They obviously have been doing what they were doing for a long time. There was nothing wrong with the experience whatsoever. With regard to price, they were expensive, but we got really good work. Their quality of work and responsiveness were excellent. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
