He impressed me. He has put in sn elaborate system in my sons house. He also does work for my granddaughter. I asked him about putting in a new lock system in my home and he told me my locks were in great shape and didn''t need to be changed. I appreciated his honesty.

Duke was wonderful as always. I use him whenever we have a locksmith need. This time he added a dead bolt to the metal front door. I called and he was able to come the very next morning. I wasn't sure it was possible to drill through the door, he assured me it wouldn't be a problem for him and it wasn't. He keyed the new dead bolt to match the existing key for the front door. Thank you Duke.

My truck got stolen and I had to change my locks. I called and made an appointment. He came out in the same evening. He was right on spot for the price he quoted and I would highly recommend him.

It went great. They are great people to work with. We had a few problems with our doors and storm door having been installed improperly. They were able to "tune them up" and reduce problems we've had since we moved here.

Front door would not open from the inside. Duke came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. He replaced just the part I needed (therefore not incurring additional costs for replacing the whole thing). Also, since our door is especially thick, the piece did not fit exactly. Duke took the part back to his shop, cut it down to fit and then returned and installed. He also made some helpful suggestions to solve additional problems with the door by ourselves. Overall, I was very pleased. Duke really seemed to be interested in solving my problem in the most cost efficient way. He was personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Great! Personable, trustworthy, reputable. Finally, a locksmith who doesn't creep you out knowing that he can gain access to your home in mere seconds. Very reasonable time from service request to completion of work. Most reasonable rates of three services used recently.

Duke was very knowledgeable about the various types of locks in the house. He performed the work in a timely and professional manner. Best of all when we had to ask him to return to make an adjustment, he did, so willingly and apologized for not having caught the misalignment on the first trip. I would highly recommend him and have already done so to friends.
