Firestone Complete Auto Care Store- Lafayette

Great experience! The day before service was performed, I set appointment online and within 20 minutes Firestone called me to confirm. I brought my vehicle in at scheduled time and handed the keys to the friendly staff inside. They replaced my tires and called to let me know about the process. They then finished up the alignment and called again to come pick up my car. Again, finishing up paperwork was great because of the friendly and helpful staff. This was a great experience from start to finish and my vehicle rides like new! I definitely recommend the Firestone Auto Service by the Tippecanoe Mall!

We have been using the Larfayette Firestone for the past 2 years. They are friendly, take the time to explain things thoroughly and don't try to sell you things you don't need. In fact, when it was discovered that I needed repairs to my exhaust system they suggested I take my car elsewhere because while they could only complete the entire exhaust system including the catalytic converter other places could likely repair damaged parts for much less money. THANKS, FIRESTONE!

Staff was asked to check brakes, which were on sale at that time. Waited hours. Finally staff brought out a list of things (most of them not related to brakes) that they had evaluated and felt needed work. After refusing to have most of those minor things fixed, they finally started work on the brakes. The bill was NOT anywhere close to the original price I was quoted. Of course I was charged for their time inspecting the entire vehicle and digging up random things to fix. All and all, WAY to long of a wait and WAY to big of a bill. I still can't figure out where half the charges came from. The brakes are fixed though, and work just fine.
