Overall the service was good.

I was not home when they came and did not meet them or see any of the gutter cleaning.

Everything was wonderful. We purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for this service and were contacted by the SP in the time frame that was given to us. They worked with us as far as scheduling and were willing to do the cleaning while my wife and I were at work, which made things more convenient for us than others we had contacted. They did a great job and didn't pressure us to purchase other services, simply leaving an invoice with a listing/cost for other types of service they provide. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects.

Everyone a talked to was very nice as well as prfessional.

A worker was overheard saying the blade was dull. I thought the work went slowly. Having a wooded area behind our house, we have used 3 different tree services over the years who work more effeciently.

It went well. I can see some of the one story gutters from upstairs windows and they were totally clean.

We got a coupon through Angie's List for this company to clean and stain our fence. They came out and gave an estimate to complete the entire job. They did a very good job on cleaning the fence. When they stained the fence there were a few spots of touch up that I asked them to come back and fix. They scheduled it right away and touched up the fence. They were very responsive and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. You could not even tell that they were there. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the experience and would be happy to use them again. The price was very competitive.

They cancelled the appointment at the last minute, but were able to get back within a week and preformed satisfactory work.

Very professional....3 guys showed up sp they gave me an hour and 20 minutes each. I worked with them supervising and identifying which limbs to cut. They were cooperative and respectful and very willing to please. Even gave me a 10 minutes left, what else would you like trimmed call. Went on the roof of the house to get at limbs from a tree that were touching the house. Very pleased overall with the value of the big deal.

Went well. They came out within one week of purchasing the service.

Chris was our contact. Very nice and professional. He did some minor maintenance to the deck, then primed it. Several days later a crew of 2 stained it. Chris worked with us on a stain color, then took care of providing the primer + stain. We thought the price was fair considering the labor and materials provided. Plus it looks great. Our family did it 2 1/2 years ago as a do-it-yourself project and the color wasn't what we thought it would be AND it didn't hold up. We anticipate the job that Wellman Exteriors did to hold up much better.

After a small scheduling conflict, three employees from Wellman showed up to clean my gutters. It was later in the day - and I have extensive gutters, a steep roof with multiple stories. I was toldby Wellman workers that the "normal" rate to clean my gutters is $275 for which I was using a $99 "Big Deal" coupon, When ther workers started to clean the gutters, I noted to them that I had strainers in the downspouts and to be careful that they don't jam them into the downspouts. Also I noted that they were not bagging the extensive fall collection of leaves -- just throwing them to the ground 2 stories down. They told me - not to worry - as they would rake up the leaves from the ground. They did clean up --- but in the open areas - but not behind my bushes. Also it turned out, one of the strainers did get lodged in the downspout -- and eventually jammed the downspout and flooded out the gutter. Ten days ago - I called Byran at Wellman to report the problem -- and the next day he sent a crew out to clean out the downspout and remove the strainer. The two workers on this job were very good and fixed my gutter properly. I do believe that Wellman is very responsive -- just got very busy and rushed in the fall season Lesson learned - I suggest during the "busy season" for gutter cleaning - may not be the time to sell or purchase the "big deal." for gutter cleaning. -

The day after I bought the Big Deal I was called and scheduled for December. I emailed them what kind of work that I needed done,and when they arrived, they were completely professional and began work after a short consultation. They started with the most critical needs first, They did an enormous amount of work in short order. They even fixed one of my downspouts! I was impressed.

Scheduling had to be done around rainy weather. They kept me posted on delays which I appreciated. I really liked that they encouraged me to send pictures via email so that they can provide estimates. It was a great use of my time and theirs.

After I called and scheduled an appointment, they came out and cleaned all the gutters. The job was done professionally and well done.

Wellman exteriors took out two tree stumps, but when they were finished they did not clean up well, leaving the shredded wood on the grass. I called them back and they completed the work. Except for that one issue I was very satisfied.

After I purchased the deal we booked a date for service. We did have to reschedule once due to weather but they got me right back into their schedule. They trimmed the trees and left no mess behind.

The service was okay. They were late to the job but once the work was done it was adequate.

At first, I was disappointed they didn't have a man lift. I didn't think they'd be able to do the job I hired them for. They worked hard and did everything they possibly could do to make me as happy as possible. They kept asking my opinion before doing things to make sure it was exactly like I wanted it. I think they figured out I'm a bit picky and the did their best to handle the situation. I think they did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with them and will use them again.

It seemed like there was a lot of back and forth before they were able to finish the job, as far as when they said they'd be there for the work. The quality of the work was good, though.

The company did a good job. The tree looks fabulous!

Previously, I received tree service estimates around $400. Wellman "safely" removed the tree in just about 90 min. I'm very glad to have it removed as I thought it could be a hazard for our neihbor and ourselves. A+++ job, and I'll hire Wellman again.

They contacted me shortly after I bought the Big Deal and let me know they would be coming that week. Three guys showed up and cleaned out all my gutters. They gutters had been very full and the crew did a thorough job. They came away with three full bags of leaves. I would highly recommend using this company for gutter cleaning.

Purchased from Angie's list. Coupon said I would be contacted by Wellman but never was. I called and spoke with an Angie's List rep and they made note (they asked for me to email my received coupon back to them so that they may make a note). I instead called and made an appointment. I was also forewarned that I would be charged extra for anything over so many square feet. I called back to let the company know that their coupon from Angie's List said it was "unlimited square footage" Unbeknownst to me, the crew showed up and performed service (I was not expecting them and was working in the basement so I didn't hear them). Afterwards, they rang the doorbell and I was hesitant to answer as they had an unmarked van across the street and they lacked identification. I went out to see as I then saw one worker with a ladder. I asked why they had come so early as I didn't expect them until later in the month and they just said I was on their list. It would have been nice to receive a phone call previous to their visit so I knew that people were out front walking around on my roof. My husband even saw the van parked across the street and none of the workers even stopped to greet him before beginning. They said my gutters at the back of the house were fine and there were just a few up front. They blew them off with a leaf blower and some of the debris landed on the porch so I had to sweep it off. I don't believe they even paid any attention to the downspouts (my neighbor ran a hose down them for me to clear them). I think I wasted $99 for something I could have had my neighbor do for $25-30.

The crew was very efficient and the results were exactly what I'd hoped for.
