I came in right after they opened on Thursday and was greeted by their store manager. The manager was fast, efficient, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about the many service fees and truck rental process. He brought the truck around to the front of the store and explained the breakdown emergency phone line and even put on a new windshield wiper blade before I took the truck. The store was cleaner than I expected it to be as well as the truck that I rented. When returning the truck it was also a quick and efficient process. For both pick up and drop off I only spent about ten minutes in the store. My only complaint would be the price which I was expecting to be on the high side but over all I had a good experience. I would recommend using them for truck rentals. 

Overall it was OK service. Their location was dirty and hot. I'm not sure what else to expect though. We had to wait in line for a good time to check out our rental. The base cost was low, bt of course they had extra mileage fee and othr "hidden" costs. Overall I was satisfied but not blown away. I would probably use them again unless I could find a better price elsewhere.

It went very well. It was easy to get an appointment and they did all of the work themselves. We just had to show up and it took about an hour for them to put all the pieces on for us and showed us how everything works. All I had to do was sit and wait, it was perfect.

I like the fact that they were close and convenient. The place and the truck were clean and in good condition; I had no problem with it at all. It all worked out well and I will use them again in the future.

Justin looked at our vehicle and diagnosed it as a problem with the ground on the vehicle and not a problem with the ATV trailer. He quickly made the adjustment and rectified the problem at no cost to us. We appreciate his willingness to assist, saving us time and money. Thank you Justin L.

My transaction, which occurred on the last weekend of the month (big moving weekend), was so small that I was shocked at the level of customer service that was extended to me. I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service I was provided during this transaction.
