Their service techs are very good. I typically use Rick, and have been requesting him each time. He seems like he's an honest guy and doesn't try to oversell me. He does his cleaning inspection and moves on. They set up a 4 hour window and will call when he's on his way, less than a half hour out.

Installers from Airton (2) were on time, professiona, courteous, and finished ahead of time.

It worked out pretty good. They came out because I had a problem with my air conditioner. They checked it out. They said that our air conditioner is like 27 years old. It was junk. They were pretty good. Their estimate was a little high for me.

Wonderful! Airtron was prompt in helping us get a quote and setting up installation. We had estimates from 6+ places and this was the best price and service.

They responded within a day and were there on the date and time that I needed. Service tech was friendly and gave the information of services provided.

Good: System works really well. Bad: Lots of screws were left in driveway, they promised they would do an IPL rebate, but I had to remind them to do it after they had my money, so grade one tick down. My friend never received, so I reduced the grade another grade, tick. I really do not like to be promised "rebates" will be done, but then I have to do extra work to get them or not get it at all. Not sure if I will use them again.

The guys came on time and went right to work. They were very friendly and courteous. It was a very professional job.

The technician arrive on time and seemed very knowledgeable. I had no issues.

We had a problem late one evening and they came out the next day (as agreed). The service was professional and timely. Looking forward to continuing the relationship into the fall and spring.

I had completely forgotten I had already paid for the winter inspection, I received a number of calls from them to remind me. It's nice they offer that service or else I would have paid for something that expired without being notified. Thank you!

The morning of the appointment, Airtron tried to call me to confirm the tech was on his way. I had my phone off and, when they couldn't reach me, they left a message that they would need to reschedule. I called back as soon as I saw the voicemail alert and they worked me back into the schedule the same day. They were friendly and accommodating. The tech, Greg, was friendly, wore booties in my home and was good with my dog. He tuned up both furnaces and gave us the good news that neither needed further service right now. He offered to change the filters, but understood that I knew it was cheaper to do it my self and didn't push to sell me anything. Right before he left, we asked his opinion on an a/c repair that another company told us we needed. We had a nagging suspicion that the tech from the other company wasn't being honest, and Greg from Airtron took a little extra time to look for us. Greg took some measurements and asked a few questions and determined that our a/c was fine. We really appreciate the extra time he took and his honesty. In those few extra minutes, Greg earned Airtron a loyal customer. We we definitely be using Airtron from now on and will ask for Greg.

It went great. The tech found two issues, repaired both, and was finished in an hour.

Our air conditioning stopped working, and we were happy that the company was able to send a repairman later that day. The repairman was prompt and knowledgable, and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. I also appreciated the fact that he wore shoe covers on our freshly cleaned carpets, and cleaned up thoroughly after making the repair. The one minor complaint I had in dealing with the company is their laser focus on selling a maintenance plan. In fact, we'd never used them before, and the phone representative tried to sell my husband on a plan before anyone even came out to our house! However, I would probably use this company again because we were happy with the outcome of the repair call.

it went well but i had to call them to come back out to finish the pipe line for the heat anad to take the 68$ off of the bill because i had the angieslist coupon. it worked out because i would not sing until all had been taken care of, I'm happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. They came out within 4 hours and had it fixed the same day. They were quick to respond and they seemed to have good customer service.

We ordered a coupon off Anigie's List and received a phone call that afternoon to schedule a service visit. After the visit it was determined that we needed a new a/c unit. We were able to schedule the new unit right away and the work was done within a few days of the initial order of the coupon off Angie's List. We have used Airtron for 5 years and have always been please with quality of service and price. They are the only company we will use for a/c and furnace needs.

Arrived on time with call ahead and provided service in 30 minutes.

I'm not sure what the issue is at their office, but they have never gotten my phone number right. I've used Airtron in the past and have had the same issue. Sometimes it's the area code, which I'll admit my cell phone is Chicago (312) and I can see how Indy (317) can get mixed up, but sometimes they get the whole number wrong... Like today I had a 8-12 morning window and about 11:30 I called asking for an update and I get a snide "We called you this morning and YOU didn't answer. Please hold." When she got back, "So-and-so will call you when they're done with their current job. Please answer this time." I haven't received any calls this morning so I asked what phone number did they call and it was wrong... Again. Wrong area code, right prefix, and wrong suffix. So they get 30% of my phone number right and its my fault. Now it's 1pm and still no tech. Needless to say I will not be using Airtron again. Their techs seem fine once they actually get to your house, but the office staff is rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. I do not recommend their services. UPDATE: Airtron has since reached out to correct the issues. What they lacked in the previous experience, they've worked very hard at recovery and have done a good job. They were very apologetic, assured me that this is not their typical customer experience, expedited the replacement parts, and even sent 2 tech to get the job done quickly. They've also corrected my phone number in every system they have and have since had no issues getting a hold of me. Would I use them again? I'd shop around a little before considering them again, but they have put a lot of effort in correcting the problems and have done a good job at that.

Dave arrived latie in eveneing on the same day. I called for a broken a/c unit. he determined within five minutes the compressor was broken and then quoted for a new unit installed within 2 days

Absolutely great!! The tech was so incredible knowledgeable and efficient...totally honest and so very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Setting up an appointment was very easy. Service person was very prompt, A/C ended up having to be replaced however they got it cooling for me so I could stand it until they were able to install the new unit The installer was also very prompt and courteous, very pleased!

Both the original inspector & installers were wonderful. They even provided a small amount of refrigerant to last till install.

Bought service plan because I have always been happy with the people working for Airtron.
